So I purchased the LifeExtention brand at first. Their Nero-Mag M. Threonate is mostly fillers which caused terrible stomach issues and severe headache. It is no wonder that the seller doesn't provide a picture of the back of the container so you can see the ingredients. Lesson learned.I spent a bit more time researching the Hormone Synergy brand. This brand is the real deal with zero fillers or binders, and it comes with a measuring spoon so I can be sure to get the correct amount without guess work. The powder is fine-grind, completely neutral in taste and dissolves easily in cold water. So far so good.I wasn't really expecting to see results right away, but I did manage to sleep better after taking it yesterday.

This is the only magnesium that breaks the blood-brain barrier. I have noticed an incredible increase in cognition. Dementia runs in my family and I was beginning to feel the symptoms. This supplement is very beneficial for anyone (adult or child) struggling with autism. It helps with deeper. more restful sleep as well as memory and recall (ADHD/Autism). You can give this to a young child (even as young as 3 or 4) just at a smaller dose...instead of 1 full scoop you can use 1/4 scoop mixed in a very small amount of juice (to hide the taste) and than have the child drink it and drink more juice afterwards to wash down the taste. This has been a lifesaver for the life of my child. Better sleep, less mood wings, better focus, memory and concentration. Praying that this review will help someone who is seeking answers and feeling lost as to where to start. Most people are magnesium deficient (leading to neurological/cognitive issues). This is a totally independent review...seriously. This was my 1st time trying the product based on a specific recommendation by my very well-credentialed dietician (yes, she actually pointed me to this specific product). I saw a very noticeable improvement in sleep quality (sustained so far after 3 weeks) and in my migraines - although I need longer than 3 weeks to truly judge that. It might be my imagination but I also think I’m experiencing greater cognitive clarity. There’s no question on the better sleep though. Also, I mix it with a little watered down lemonade and don’t notice any taste at all.

Since leaving Nootropics depot I'm shopped around for Magnesium L-Threonate. Out of 4 different manufacturers, this is the only one that has made a difference. I need Magnesium L-Threonate to regulate my sleep. I have enamel erosion on some teeth so I don't want to have any sweeteners. Had to wait on the shipping a bit, but the owner contacted me and immediately addressed the issue. Will be purchasing again in the future.

Easy to swallow. Taste is mild. No side effects. I'm pleased with it. Been using for several weeks along with my usual D3 Vitamin. I dissolve the magnesium in warm water.

Overall, this is totally worth it, in my opinion. I don't like the taste. Even mixed in with something else it tastes unpleasant to me. Tastes awful but it works well for me and does what it says. I sleep so well and it's helped a lot with memory and concentration. I take ~ 1/2 the scoop once a day in the evening. Mix it with a small amount of water, drink it fast then chase it with another shot of water.
