Carson BinoArmor Deluxe Easy-Access Magnetic Binocular Case (BA-07) , Black

Bought these even though I knew they would slightly small for the 50mm series Bushnells I intend to use them on. These are made for 42mm lens so they don't completely protect the larger lens, but they will provide adequate protect for light use because they cover more than 75% of the lens.The fabric is some sort on neoprene and appears to be durable enough to withstand the use that I'll give these to set up my telescope and occasional range use. I'd recommend a different product and/or using the original lens covers if you expect your binoculars to be exposed to more rigorus conditions outdoors.

I like this better than the lens covers that came with my Nikon Monarch binocular. It is for the next bigger binocular than I have so there is a lot of extra space in it and it has fallen off of my binocular out in the field a couple of times but I don't think that would be an issue if I had the correct size binocular for this case. It will keep mist and rain off of the eyepieces and protect both ends of the binocular when it is stuffed in a backpack. I think the description., or maybe it was their website, mentions that the closure mechanism is magnetic so quieter than Velcro but might interfere with pacemakers.

Being an avid bird watcher, I am always looking for new ways to refine my hobby. Carson's BinoArmor saves me a tremendous amount of time when I am out in the field. I no longer have to bother with taking the time to take off my lens caps on my binoculars. The magnetic flaps give me very quick access to viewing birds while at the same time keeping my lenses safe from any dust, scratching and debris. The magnets are also terrific as they are very quiet and do not scare off the birds. Having a pair of 8x42mm binoculars, fitting them into the BinoArmor wrap was not an issue at all. I would highly recommend to this product to anyone looking for a new and innovative way to protect their binoculars.

This is not the case for you if you want full coverage of the binocular. I was simply looking for something to cover up the lenses that I could quickly deploy. This fits the bill for what I needed it for. It seems a little tight right now, but I'm hoping it loosens up a bit as I use it. The magnet is a great and quiet option.

The Carson Binocular case was a true disappointment. Needing to replace a case for my Nikon Monarchs, I found only this product. It should not be called a "case". It's not even a sleeve. Though it may have some value in protecting bins from shock damage, moisture and dust (and dropping) are not addressed in this design. It is simply a wide strip of neoprene with tapered ends that fasten with a magnet. My binoculars, which are listed among the ones stated on the packaging for which this "case" is suited, are apparently a bit too long for the magnetic closure to work reliably.The "case" is intended to remain attached to the bins while using them. Poor idea as the end of the "case" near the eyepieces interferes with breathing as it falls in front of the nose and mouth.Some may find a use for this item as added protection in combination with a true case when traveling. But it did not serve my purpose.

Will fit an AR with Burris MTAC scope but no magazine.

I did not have a good feeling when I opened the package and saw my purchase. It seemed that the material used in construction was not worthy of the price. It fits my scope and it looks nice. However, the material suggests that it might not hold up to being carried to and from the range and the abuse of hunting. If I had the opportunity to touch this product before buying, I would not have purchased it. I will do a follow-up later and if an apology is warranted​ I will give it.

I like the magnetic closure and the light weight. Not sure why they make it so tight for my 8X42 binoculars. I am pulling/stretching it over them, hoping the wrap will loosen up/stretch a bit and fit better with time.

Good protection from the neoprene material, easy and silent to open and close. The magnetic rubber is not only on the rear flap but also up the sides. Once the binoculars have bedded in the case closes firmly on sides and rear. Also very light.

These are a very nice design, which I would have kept, but the sizing sales pitch is misleading and pouch was too small for my particular binocs.If you get a good fit, then a good buy.Prompt delivery.

An excellent idea. I didn't expect it to fit my Canon 12x36IS binoculars as these are bulky. On the other hand the case was too big for my Opticron Discovery 8x42s. So unfortunately I'm going to have to return it.
