The Sidiz T50 -- The Amazon questions section indicated that the chair included an adjustable lumbar support. The Manual has a picture of same, but none in the actual product. I want to know how to obtain that adjustment piece.Other than that, the chair is fine. I know this is great product and I’ve been using the Sidiz chair for a long time. However, it is delivered broken. I returned it.

Just bad

Pro's-A lot of nice features for the price.-Seat depth-Forward tilt-Can set maximum recline to 5 positions and you don't have to unlock the chair to return to upright.-3 way armrests-Waterfall seat design (good for circulation and comfort)-Comfortable mesh back that moves with you a bit.-Optional headrest can be adjusted forward enough to actually be useful.Cons-Armrests could use more height and forward range (only move 1 inch forward or back) and they feel kinda cheap. I'm tall btw.Seat could be thicker and shaped better to give more support around the sides and the back.Other thoughts-Probably best suited to those of small or medium builds. It's doable if you are taller or heavier but does not feel particularly designed for bigger people. I purchased the non-lumbar support version and I don't feel a need for it either. Also it was harder than it should have been to get the seat pan and back fitted together but it just takes a little squeezing and shoving.If I was given a chance to redesign this chair, I'd spec nicer, more adjustable armrests, I'd put a beefier sculpted cushion on the seat and I'd make sure that the parts would assemble together more easily.Was on sale for Prime day at $300 and is a great chair for that price. I may search for more comfort though even if I need to spend more.

I had high hopes for this chair - it came highly recommended. But when it arrived, the backrest and seat could not fit together at all. My flatmate and I both tried for an hour before giving up - on closer examination, the backrest was too big for the seat to fit! And there were no instructions as to how to get in touch with the company - only a Korean number and website was listed. I returned the chair. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
