Extreme cushioning is provided by both a forefoot pad as well as a large gel pad. Located at the rear of the insole is a large PU gel pad, for further cushioning and arch support. This is designed to absorb shock and lessen the impact placed upon your knees and joints by evenly spreading out the weight as you move. An EVA shell is moulded in the form of a high arch shape to provide the much-needed support whilst retaining comfort without sacrificing performance. Within the insoles are perforations which improve breathability and ventilation. Superb
Two years ago I was recommended to use these by a shoe/boot specialist because i have high arches and with standard insoles (the sort that usually come with walking shoes/boots) I was experiencing pain in the arches even after only walking relatively short distances. Since then I haven't looked back and I now wear them in a pair of walking shoes, a pair of walking boots and a pair of wellington boots. They are slightly thicker than standard insoles and so raise the foot in the shoe/boot so ensure the shoes/boots are big enough to still give your feet some wriggle room.

Give fantastic support
I've have mild arthritis in my feet and had been struggling with aching joints. These insoles have made such as difference and give my feet so much more support. I use them in my walking shoes and have another pair in my walking boots, and at the end of a long walk my feet don't ache anywhere near as much as they used to.You just need to know what arch height you need, low, medium or high. They can easily be cut to size too so can be made to fit any shoes. Highly recommended.

Indispensable, for me.
Very few shops in the UK sell insoles specifically designed for high arches, in my experience, and I was glad to find these on Amazon. I'd bought my first pair in an outdoor gear suppliers in Chamonix, when I'd realised my new boots were too flat for my feet, and my arches needed a real boost. They really did the trick and lasted well. However, long before that pair had had it, I'd bought several more pairs from Amazon and I now use them in almost all of my footwear, including running shoes.The insoles wash quite well when, eventually, they get smelly, and every pair I've had have held together well, with only very minimal creep of the blue covering material away from the base around the heel and toe areas.

Great product for pronators
Really happy with them.Perfect if you don't need a personalised ones but you are a pronator.It also has this gel thing in the heel to absorb the impact when walking.My bad I know but: Don't wash them in the washing machine they will melt!!!!

Worst insole I've ever used. Expensive and completely worthless. I need high arch support. Should have stuck with Peaks.
