I get the impression that this is for long term use or regular, every day use as it is slow to take effect if you take it for temp. relief of this issue. It is super gentle and makes everything feel and work like it should when taken over several days as directed. I did not find, as I said, any immediate or quick relief with this product. I am taking it on a schedule now and it seems to keep everything the way that it should be if taken with preventative goal in mind. I would do this again

Like I have said in other reviews, I am on a search for a product that really helps me "go!" I have tried this a few times and I really didn't notice it helping me much, but last night I used it along with some other products and I did get some relief today... if I only know which one did it!!! Or, was it all of them? Read the ingredients list. Some products help other people more than others, and hopefully you the consumer knows which ones those are. I downgraded this in stars because I hope for Truth in Advertising, and one of the "doctored" photos shows a woman holding a very large container of this product... the depiction is very false! The jar is not that big! It is a few inches tall at best. (I don't know why sellers do this! Well, I do know why, and I wished that they didn't!)

I have some medical issues that I thought this might help with. I am very careful what I put into my body due to those issues. quote:"If well tolerated....(clip)....... Drink at least 8 cups of of water daily*"I wrote the distributor with more details of my medical issues, & while they very politely & quickly wrote back, they were clear that they didn't know if it would be safe for me.I wish I could select "uncertain" for the amount of stars, 3 was the closest I could come up with.

I take DigestaLax Constipation Relief Supplement first thing in the morning when drinking my morning tea or latte, with a light breakfast. I haven't experienced any constipation since taking these supplements, which was my reason for wanting to test the product. For the last 3 years I've experienced frequent constipation (at least every 2 to 3 weeks) even tho I eat alot of fiber. This product has definitely helped so that I don't have to take stool softeners or laxatives.

This supplement is very gentle on my system and works very well. the next morning I woke up to regularity without any issues whatsoever. I took it the night before around dinner time and after breakfast the next morning I had a normal elimination.This is something I will use every once in a while when my system doesn't get enough greens or roughage to help food move through peacefully. Great product for constipation.

DigestaLax is one of the best products I've used for relief from constipation. I'm now comfortable and regular since taking this product and the price is good and it arrived quickly.
