I'd give 10 stars if I could. If you buy it, when you use it, lay a towel down under your neck and on top of your pillow, or use a crappy pillow case, your choice. I'm an active duty military vet and I struggled some when it came to running and other vigorous movement. It took me a long time to start sweating and therefore I was prone to getting a lot hotter than most other people, and it would cause me to be slow. Not being able to burn excess fat also kept me slow. I have a 4 year old son now, he is build just like me. Very heavy and dense for his height. A strong little beast. Seeing him grow and develop hit home as to why it takes me so long to begin sweating. Could be a lipid tissue density issue. Hes my little Muffins'buns<3.Any way, now you know sweating for me is an issue. Well, it wasn't with this sauna bag. It took 20+ minutes for me to even start feeling hot, but I have never sweated so much, not even in level 4 MOPP gear while on mid-summer field exercises in south Mississippi. My appetite kicked in like crazy and it got my heart rate up. For me it felt more effective than a good old fashioned beat down on the grinder. Be careful about this product if you have certain health issues. If you buy it, you'll love it.

I realized a few months ago that I was spending $50 a week on body wraps. When I saw this sauna blanket I was a little bit skeptical. Some of the reviews talked about being electrocuted and all kinds of chaos! Nevertheless I reached out to the company like a good prospective client and they assured me that the sauna blanket was of good quality and I had nothing to fear. Over a month later I use this sauna blanket three times a week like religion. I absolutely love it. It is easy to use. Free of strange smells. And EFFECTIVE. I did read the Directions twice before using to make sure I was safe and the product would last for a very long time. It has added so much value to my health and wellness.

Too big and bulky. This is for a Medical office or Business. If you use it you definitely need someone standing by to help you because you will have to Zip it around. It is hard to relax and operate this equipment at the same time. For safety reasons be sure that someone us with you the entire time in case it have a malfunction or in case it over heats. You cant return it because it cost more money to return it. The equipment operates as it should but again for your own safety if you buy this to use at home be sure to have someone with you as a safety protection for yourself so that you have no issues. The pictures make it look easy to operate at home and it only get hot like you're laying in a tanning bed. Not comfortable at all.

Second day in a row using the blanket and wow, it is awesome, heats up and stays hot. My only complaint is that one of the pads doesn't heat up all the way. Set it to 75 degrees Celsius on both pads and 60 minutes.... 56 minutes went by and the second pad still hadn't reached 75 degree was at 73. It still got hot, don't get me wrong but I wonder if this will be a problem later on. I intend on using it daily....otherwise great product

It’s just like the picture! Very good size. Definitely plus size Friendly! I’ve used it 6 times and not burins or melting or shocking none of that! I recommend for anyone who doesn’t know how to use this Im certified in this start at 45f and then work it way up go up every 5min or so! I suggest no higher than 75f. To some it might not be hot enough but trust me it’s make it last long and not cause electrical fire problems ! Especially if your gonna use it’s weekly!

I love the timer feature, and the fact that it has the remote to control time and temperature. It is comfortable, I always fall asleep in it, knowing that after the set time it will shut off. It is a bit smelly once I get out, but it can be easily cleaned. Only downside: I have not seen any improvement in the shape of my body, and I have been using it every day for a month.. But it has kept me warm and comfortable during the cold weather.

Ok Product. Just remember to warm up 10 minutes before getting in.

So very happy I bought this! I use it at least 4 times a week. It has paid for itself multiple times and I just got it in February. Why pay a medspa $85 for 1 hour and you can buy your own for $100?!? Love, love, love❣

The product has been purchased for more than a month and used about ten times, but there is already a problem. After about ten minutes of starting the switch, the heat often turns off by itself, so need to replace for a new one.
