I had bought this item back in 2021 along with one for my living room chair. I purchased it because I bought new living room couch and chair and didn't want my two cats scratching at them with their claws. Over the past 2 years, they have held up very well. However, they have started to tear and my cats are now able to get through the plastic with their claws. My feeling is, they have worked well for the two years and didn't find them to be that expensive when I originally bought them. Today, I have purchased replacements. If you are looking to buy these, I highly recommend buy two each for the extra protection.

Fit my couch well, it looked like it was too big, however that makes it easier to sit on without tearing it. It is very durable plastic. I am using it under a regular couch cover to protect my custom upholstered couch from my cats. My cats hate it, so it's doing it's job very well 😆 it makes noise under my regular couch cover but it does not change how comfortable my couch is for humans to sit on. I am beyond thrilled my couch is protected from my 🐈 😻

I love the fit. I love how it works, but the seam smack down the middle seems to come apart after a week or two of use. I find myself continually buying replacements. It needs alittle more give.

Bought the cover to protect our couch from a 60lb dog. She has stayed away from the plastic anyway, but we have sat on it many times with no issues. It stays in place, is easy to put on and take off, no weird plastic smell.

I have purchased this same cover 3x now. However, it actually does not offer great protection. I thought maybe it was my dog’s nail issue, but no, it’s the quality and durability of this item. This last time I purchased it, the cover lasted 1 week before it was ripped open. Not buying a 4th time.

I’ve only had this cover a few months and it’s ripping at the seams. It is a couch only used occasionally, not daily sitting by humans. The dog and cats sleep on it but that’s about it. I’m rather disappointed it didn’t last long. I’m having to duct tape it together while I find a better replacement.
