Perfect addition to the bathroom
Nice tp holder! Easy to assemble, top flips up to add more rolls. Easy for the kids to refill, does not take up much space and is perfect height. Great solution for a bathroom with nowhere to mount a holder or for a small space!

Toilet paper roll doesn't fit
Finish and construction feels flimsy and cheap. The base is not heavy enough to maintain upward position during operation (in particular without extra rolls in the base). But the most unforgivable flaw is the fact that the in-use toilet paper roll DOESN'T FIT, see picture. The roll edge sticks out about 1/8" so of course when you pull on the paper the roll falls off and unravels since the core sits OVER the lip that is supposed to hold it in place.Also, parts do not fit very well together. Do not buy this. Zero stars if possible. Absolute garbage.

Serves the purpose
I was redoing my guest bathroom on a budget. After paying to have it painted, I hesitated to drill more holes into walls. A freestanding TP holder was my answer. Having so many other associated expenses, I chose this model for budget reasons. It also made back up rolls available to guests without their having to search cabinet. It was easy enough for 74 yr. old, arthritic hands to assemble, no problem there. I was concerned it would be too light weight, but it has a pretty hefty weighted base, especially for the price. In perfect condition upon arrival. Overall, for a budget-friendly option, I think this one is more than adequate. Reading other reviews, I noticed a complaint for this not looking high-end. No, not especially, pretty basic, but, so long as not damaged, it looks just fine for the price. FYI, a PB&J sandwich is not going to look like a T-bone steak, no matter how much you want it to! You get what you pay for. And I've found that sometimes, you can pay more and not get anymore for your money.

Good Value
The softness category does not make sense for a stainless steel item. This is an excellent stand. It will hold a Mega Roll of TP. However, if you have a little onr who pulls hard, the roll will slip off of the arm. Otherwise, great product!

Not impressed
This is very cheaply made and definitely not sturdy. Mine came pre-dented and the button that hold the toilet paper on the part that folds over is too small for the tube and falls off. Then since the button is not there to hold the toilet paper on, the roll thens falls off on the floor. Additionally, the roll is really too heavy for the entire thing and tips over easily. Good concept with very poor execution. Will probably return.

Easy to keep clean
Works great. Holds 5 rolls including the one on the dispenser. Solved my problem with the jumbo size rolls that will not fit on my regular roll holder mounted on the wall. I like the chrome finish and the single pole to hold the extra rolls, makes for easy cleaning as opposed to those other styles.

Ok but not great
It works but it’s flimsy. When I try to pull toilet paper off, it moves and tips. I wish the bottom was weighted. I also wish there was something on the bottom to stop it from scraping on the tile. I will be buying a different one soon.
