Beautiful addition to our kitchen. I wouldn’t have picked a different one even though It’s a bit loud for the amount of suctioning. It so beautiful. Because of the look, and bright lights, My wife wants to be in the kitchen cooking everyday. It also works great with an insta pot, I put the fan at full blast then release the pressure and it sucks it all away!

The fan arrived in great shape and all parts present. Hood is very nice looking and no surprises regarding quality. Only real complaint is the various bolts/nuts/screws are inadequate for the job. Had to replace screws for more robust size 12 and although I used the supplied bolts/nuts, they are so tiny as to be very difficult to work with. Install requires two people in general. We used the shipping box to hold the hood in place while attaching the mounts to the ceiling bracket. Since we only have a 96" high ceiling, we really only needed the one chimney piece, however had to use the second piece so we could have about 3 inches of space at the ceiling bracket to attach the bolts/nuts...even with that, I still had to go from the attic to attach the nuts while another person held the bolt in place from below. Difficult to explain, but at the end of the day got the job done. This would not be an issue for taller ceilings and everything can be done below the ceiling. Regarding preparation, we did have to add bracing in the attic for the mounting bracket screws, electrical connection for the plug and of course proper venting through the roof [we previously did not have a fan]. I will say the suction seems fine, noise is not unacceptable on the highest setting, however I attribute part of this to proper venting/duct work sealing. Note to installation, be sure and remove the tape holding the vent baffle flaps above the motor; if you fail to do this , your fan will not vent - this is true even if you go the recirculation route. Overall very nice product for the price paid and would buy this brand again.

Worst purchase as of yet, the unit is beautiful but the high speed didn’t work and it came damaged. I contacted the seller they said they would give me 25$ back. What is that going to do?? I said no send me a replacement they said 50$ Amazon card. That was on the 9th of March. It’s now the 23rd of March I guess they figured if they delayed this long enough I would give in. Well, nope they wanted my phone # so they could call to discuss the issue. Told me to send it back then they would decide if they would send a new one or credit my acct. I told them send the replacement and I’ll send this one back. They wouldn’t so i had to file this thru Amazon. We will see what happens?? The units are very nice but really crappy company and customer service is the worst. If you get a good one it’s great but hopefully you won’t have to call customer service. **UPDATE**April 7th after a month they finally sent a replacement but it’s a half of a hood. So I’m supposed to disassemble the first one, take the parts and build the second one?? Which is DAMAGED also the corner is been hit and one of the bottom edge of the metal where the filters go is bent.....I’m done!!! I’ve tried but the only recourse at this point is send it all back and get a refund, so disappointed I really liked this one but I’m not hanging junk in my new kitchen

We really love this hood! We remodeled our kitchen with a stove on the island and the hood looks fantastic above it. Works great and I don't notice it being any noisier than any other hood.The detail scroll work on the top and chimney is beautiful and gets lots of compliments.

It is the most beautiful hood I have ever seen! It works amazingly! I did have a contractor install it because it was installed over an island with open beam vaulted ceiling. My favorite part of my new kitchen!!

Looks really good and gets a lot of compliments. Control design is sleek and operation is good. I installed this by myself over the kitchen island. The suction is not great but I have it at the max allowed height over the cooktop. I would recommend putting it as low as head space will allow. Fan grates remove easily to clean. I worry about the longevity just due to the price, but I’ve had it up almost a year now and am very satisfied.
