These are well made pants - lightweight but puffy-warm. The customer service was superb. I wanted plain grey pants. Being somewhat of a seamstress, I asked if the side ribbons on these could be removed by snipping the stitches and re-stitching the top/bottom seams where ribbons attach. Pauboli was very responsive, even sending photos of the finished side seam where they'd removed a ribbon! My finished pants look great and will serve my grandchild well. Very happy & impressed.
