This stuff has changed my life! I saw changes within the first few days, and my skin has only improved since then. I'm finishing up my first bottle, and will definitely be reordering. This stuff is incredible!I have combination, acne-prone skin, with an oily T-zone and dry patches on my cheeks and chin. Oily and flaky at the same time. Lucky me, right? I have had moderate acne since I was 13. I'm also a "picker." If I see a pimple on my face, I have to do something about it. This product has almost eliminated my picking, since there's nothing to pick!My confidence has skyrocketed. I no longer feel the need to wear makeup. I used to worry about having to apply makeup before and after the gym. Now that's not an issue.This product has not only improved my skin, it's also dramatically improved my life. I would recommend this to anyone. I have tried almost every over-the-counter product, including Proavtiv, and nothing works as well as this does. It might be a little more expensive than other products, but you'll be saving money by not having to experiment anymore.The pills do smell a little, but they're not as bad as some other reviews make them sound. They're also large, but I'm terrible at swallowing pills and I have no issues. If you're on the fence about purchasing this, just do it. You won't regret it!

I mean, SAVED it from a terrible fate (more scarring).A little background about my skin:I developed terrible cystic acne after being on a low estrogen birth control a few years ago. I was devastated, and my skin looked like one of those horrible images you would type in when you googled "bad acne" or "bad skin". I mean, if I had to categorize how bad it was, I would say it was mildly severe. So, I went on Accutane. Cleared me right up and I was completely clear for about a year, with a LOT of red scarring. It was really awful how bad my acne rosacea was, considering I am a young, pretty female in college. People thought I still had acne due to this redness. But I digress. The Accutane only worked for so long before I broke out like crazy again, just as bad as it was. I was extremely frustrated and quite depressed. That's when I started looking for some alternatives to the dangerous Accutane. I stumbled upon these vitamins and thought, oh hell, why not. At least until I can get a dermatologist appointment and get back on the Accutane. It turns out, I didn't need the dermatologist. This stuff cleared my skin right up in two months. Yes, two months. It took less time on these guys than it did on Accutane. I can't tell you how grateful I am. I do believe it's the Vita A in here that is really key, but it's also all the other stuff that your body desperately needs that really gets the job done. Don't hesitate. If you suffer from cystic acne, try this stuff.Of course, I also use other products in conjunction with this, but find out what works for you!

Truthfully. I feel like my skin was clearer while I used this product. However, it is really expensive. I talked to a friend of mine who is a beautician and asked her what she thought of taking supplementary pills. She said she wasn't sure how much they helped but she told me to just try washing my face with a really hot towel with whatever acne soap I like and that can help a lot. I started doing that and stopped taking these pills and my face has never been clearer.I do take regular supplementary vitamins, like One-a-day chewable vitamins because I don't think I eat healthy but I don't have to worry about spending 50 bucks on this every month. I rated it has three stars because I think it helps but steaming or washing your face with a hot towel might work just as well. Spend the 50 bucks on a face steamer.P.S. She also said to make sure you moisturize because having skin that is too dry can cause you to get acne because then your body produces its own oils to deal with the dryness and that can lead to more breakouts.

I wanted to give this a try for a month or two before I posted a review about it. I am on my third bottle now. For me, this really worked. I had really really bad cystic acne, and nothing I did was working for it. I have spent a lot of money on pretty much everything from prescriptions to over the counter, drug store to high end, and nothing worked on those really painful cystic acne I had. The first month I did not see too much improvement, but I am a studying nurse and I know that most medications and vitamins need at least a month to get to therapeutic level. So I bought another months worth and took it EXACTLY as directed. It works great and I have not had ANY more cystic acne. I have an occasional small break out once and a while but I have noticed it clears faster and happens less often. You shouldn't just rely on this though... I have a really good face wash, a Clarasonic, a toner, and spot treatments, and lotions. I just have found that this works great with the routine that I have, and I was willing to try anything to clear the cystic acne. I am so glad I tried this. The smell isn't that pleasant, and they are a little big, but that doesn't bother me. If it clears up my acne I am willing to deal with that. If you are thinking about trying this, but are unsure like I was, I would recommend you at least try it for a couple months. Take it exactly as directed- don't miss doses because it wont work the way it is supposed to. Good luck!
