I'm not even sure where to begin. I have seriously been blow away by this sauce, in more ways than one! I'll start by saying that I LOVE hot sauce, in all shapes and sizes, but I especially love sauces that that taste great, have a lot of heat, are versatile, and keep me wanting more. This is that sauce, in spades.Positives.- The sauce has a great consistency. It is a medium thickness, not thick enough to get clogged up in the neck of the bottle, but thick enough that it is not just going to spill all over when you try to pour it. It is fairly easy to dose out, which is important with a sauce this spicy.- The smell is not overwhelming. This is nice because my wife is sensitive to smells and will often make me eat in another room if I put hot sauce on my food (most of the time, it's worth it).- The ingredients. Oil based, no fillers, just goodness.- The taste. There is a great meeting of flavors in this sauce and if you were to taste it on its own, you can taste the slight hint of garlic (it's not overwhelming), the tang of the lime and mustard, and of course the sweet heat goodness of the reaper.- I really do put this stuff on everything, sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, soup, crackers... you name it.The bad.- This stuff is pricey. This is the most I have spent on a hot sauce. I will say that even though it is pricey, it has lasted for a while and in my opinion, worth the price paid.I have recommended this sauce to several of my friends, and anyone that has tried it has liked it to varying degrees. It is not the hottest stuff out there, but honestly for the taste and the heat, it is one of the best around!

First, please let me say that I carefully read almost every single Amazon review of this particular sauce. I've witnessed the good, the bad...and certainly the ugly.I've long been on the hunt for a sauce that can do two things with unabashed aplomb. The sauce much balance the equal nuance of flavor and heat. That said, I'm quite sure that most of us seekers are used to sauces that just bring the darn fire and overpower our culinary palate. And, on the opposite side of things, we've enjoyed delightful flavor while being entirely underwhelmed by the heat.In my recent experience, TorchBearer Sauces' Garlic Reaper offering absolutely ticks all of my boxes. I can, easily, see this working magic on my eggs, my Cuban Sandwiches, my sous vide steaks, my marinated grilled chicken breasts, etc., etc.All that said, based upon my referencing the extensive research I did at the very beginning of this review, I'd like to offer the following. First, and it appears foremost, the seller I purchased from was Common Cents Distributors. (There appear to be adverse issues with folks purchasing from other sellers.) Per my purchase, the bottle arrived in perfect condition. Further, the color tone was spot-on for the normal TorchBearer Sauces' Garlic Reaper golden yellow with a touch of orange. Upon opening the bottle, my olfactory passages were simultaneously greeted to the pungent aroma of garlic and the delightful warning of heat ahead.Although I'd thoroughly enjoy just a bit more heat, this is a sauce I can see myself staying with for life. It appears to be the typical case of buyer beware with sellers. This is no fault of the buyers; I'm just happy to share a positive experience I've had to perhaps be of help to all.

I really enjoyed the level of spiciness with this one. It has a wonderful garlic flavor. Not for the faint of heart. Overwhelming flavor, but just right.

Good flavor but definitely hot. Can't say it's one that I can continue to eat (and have a lot of) but was made well. The only bummer is that I accidentally ordered 2 bottles and once it's delivered is not eligible for return. I understand the no return policy if it's been opened but my other bottle is still sealed and boxed in it's original packaging. Oh, well.

Wow this sauce is insanely hot! The flavor is very good and the texture is pleasant and meshes well with food. But wow I was caught off guard. It is a creeper type sauce. You don’t even feel the burn at first when you eat it. Then a couple seconds later it starts pouring on and your mouth is on fire. Be careful!!!

This stuff is AWESOME!! I'm gonna get straight to the point (no long, fictional, stories about how I'm currently writing this whilst on the toilet with a fire extinguisher in one hand and aloe vera and T.P. in the other). This hot sauce is pretty hot! The first few initial bites were surprisingly hot! That was the "Shock". Then the subtle hint of garlic came through and every bite after became less about heat and more about flavor (That's the Awe)! I'd say, as far as heat goes, it starts off as reaper heat (2 or 3 bites worth) then dies down to a mildish ghost pepper heat. If I could change anything about it, it would be to make the reaper heat last for every bite and have the garlic be a more potent flavor. Side note: Why there aren't more hot sauces with collectible bottles is beyond me!! All these hot sauces with great names and serious heat, but they all seem to come in the same plain bottle. I'd pay extra for a hot sauce with a unique/collectible bottle! Hell to a serious hot sauce aficionado cool bottles can be displayed as trophies! Anyway, I definitely recommend this hot sauce!
