Never have to worry about getting it wet like a wooden level
This is one tough level! I use my brick hammer often on it and it still looks new. It’s kinda hard to plumb or level a bench mark with the shock shroud but not bad. There’s no need to worry about it getting wet like a wooden level but the mortar does stick to the aluminum a little more than wood. Over all I’ll never own another wooden 2’ level.

Definitely top notch
Haven't used it yet in the field. I have a brand new Crick I've been using and I'm going to check the bubbles with compared to my new stabila. If this one is off I'll edit the comment, otherwise looks like a solid level. All the Mason's I know go stabila or crick.

Best level I’ve had in my 42year career
I’ve been a bricklayer for 42 years. Always bought wood levels. The stabilla is far superior level. Wished I had purchased one years ago. Excellent level

excellent but no hand holes
This tool is great for in your bag. It's much lighter than a wooden level. Also you don't have to worry about the vials braking when you toss in your other tools.The one thing that would make this tool better are hand holes.
