Loved this product repurposed for several events will purchase again

I bought this for my daughters wall. I custom cut it to for her wall and then used some black tacks and put it up. wrinkles came right out just by hanging it. The colors and very vibrant and the material is a nice thick quality. Love it so does she!!!!.

My first complaint is that the first time I received this product it had brown stains on it like it was something liquid that had been spilled all over it. It was some kind of drink or liquid. It was not the actual picture that was discolored but rather something spilled all over it. In fact it looked used obviously. So I do not think I received a new product like it said I would get. I did return the purchase and they did send me a new one. I was very pleased with the product when I looked at it because it looked brand new and nothing was spilled on it. It even smelled new like it was fresh out of the package. 😊However, 🤬my second complaint is the message that I received on the package. The message said dear buyer, thanks for purchasing from our store please kindly leave us a positive feedback or review if you’re satisfied with us overall. If you’re unpleased with the item, please give us a chance to explain before leaving negative feedback. We will strive for a way you’re satisfied with. Then it said lastly, please understand that every computer screen is different therefore, colors may vary slightly.I am not happy at the fact that the owner is blaming the computer screen as to why I had brown stains on the product rather than admit that there was something disgusting on it. It Had nothing to do with the picture and it was not a part of the backdrop. Therefore that just goes to show that they don’t even open up the product that you return and look at it. Therefore blaming the buyer for the mistake they made.I am not want to complain ever but I was disgusted by the brown stains. So please don’t accuse the buyer of what’s happened to the product. ( computer screen made it a different color ) I don’t think so! I was nice enough not to take a picture and post it because I thought it was gross. Therefore yes I am leaving a negative feedback and hopefully others will read this before buying it. Heck, somebody else is probably getting the disgusting backdrop that I returned because they clearly didn’t look at it to know the problem. So please look at it when you receive it to make sure you don’t have the same problem as I did.
