Earlier, the entire day 0800 - 2000 hrs I wear my shoes, I had been facing regular cramps and pain in the heel by evening and had legs aches too... It was impossible to be active by evening when I used to come back home. But after the use of the "purastep sole insert" - each day is a perfect day, because the soles provide excellent comfort and support to my feet and heel. Furthermore, my feet don't ache and I can better perform task at work.. The entire day I am involved at work without worrying about leg aches in the evening.also, the feel and quality of the product is value for money. All I can say is that,Though the product are for the feet, but this has comforted my mind. Thank you purastep for offering a wonderful quality product.

Using this product along with my lining badminton shoes. Cushion and comfort levels are at par with high quality sports insoles. Only con i could notice is the added thickness of the product, but that doesn't effect the performance in any way.

I was doubtful to buy the product seeing that it is priced at 1/4the price of widely bought products for same purpose.I was in for a pleasant surprise.The size and shape was a perfect fit for my size 11( 45) running shoes. Didnt even need any trimmingVery good heel and arch support.

Worst quality product. Daily 4 hr usage and already teared. Just used for a month. Worst possible quality. Not for indoor sports.
