Quick and easy setup
Great alternative to riding outdoors in the winter. Heavy duty and solid. Quick and easy to setup with included instructions. Easier to setup with two people.Have been riding our bike and found no issues or problems. Looks easy to store off season.Highly recommend this for exercise indoors.

Easy to set up, easy to use
My wife needed a bike trainer so she can keep riding as the weather turns colder. This Bike trainer stand was everything that was stated in the ad. It was also cheaper than some of the other trainers on Amazon. It is currently set up in our living room and she uses it daily.

great addition to my workout space!!
This bike trainer has been great!! It took a minute to figure out how to attach my bike, but when i figured out that i didnt need to disassemble anything it was literally just a few twist of the trainers bolt retainer, lift bike up, and push down the locking clamp!!! Super easy!!! The resistance knob takes a minute to dial in between what is comfortable and what would constitute a workout, but nothing too crazy. Love it!!!

Easy set up!
This was easy to set up and works great, very stable. It's loud, so watching TV/listening to music while you exercise is difficult. I was worried this wouldn't work for my daughter's cruiser bicycle, but we've had no issues with it.

We really liked the easy set up for this bike trainer. We use the trainer in our garage over winter time to continue to ride our bike.
