Great pictures and writings of an amazing creature. The young Grandkids are going on their first trip to the ocean with us in the spring and hopefully will be able to spot a few dolphins. This book will give them a better idea of what they are seeing and how a dolphin lives.

My daughter loves dolphins so this book was perfect for her. It has many interesting facts about dolphins.

Bought this for my youngest granddaughter( age 9). She loved the book and read parts aloud to her class for "show and tell".

Book is exactly the size they show. The photos are truly HD clear. My nephew being 6 is a little young to fully read it by himself but he loves it still. He will grow into being able to read it.

Daughter needed different types of literature to complete her first research project in 3rd grade. This was a great overview with a variety of details. Excited to have it in our home library now.

The photos and information are fantastic - superb Nat Geo quality. The only reason for 4 stars is that the binding is quite weak, only just stronger than a magazine, and so the 'book' has already separated from the cover. Otherwise, it is great!

You cannot go wrong buying a National Geographic book for children. Generous, entertaining, information with beautiful colours and textures on good quality paper.

really good - gift for a 6 year old who is mad about dolphins!

Purchased for a Christmas present for a great niece, who is just mad about dolphins at the moment. Book looked very informative and educational and she said she loved it!
