This is a wonderful waist trimmer. It's velcro is super sturdy. I am a beginner at wearing waist trimmer. It is definitely a perfect beginners waist trimmer, You can adjust the tightness of it. I have been using this waist belt for a few days now, although I have not seen any results yet, it seems promising. This one does make you sweat but I have not fully put that to the test. Although I notice I sweat even wearing this out on a walk or putting an ikea furniture together so I am sure if I work out with this on I will definitely sweat. It also helps with slouching as well. I am enjoying this products and hopefully I see results.

A couple of weeks ago I bought the black one with one strip to my sister. She totally loved it. Now I got a second one,but with two strips for my mother and she loved it as well.My mom says she feels very comfortable in it and that she can use it during the whole day, over or beneath the clothes. She thinks it helps her with her posture and that it keeps everything in place.Now both my mom and my sister made a comparison between the two versions:My mom (first three pictures)Two strip version:-Feels softer-You can use it throughout the whole day and you won't feel uncomfortable.-You do sweat a lot on it, even if your not excercising.-The material is not thick, so you can use it under and over your clothes-Gives less waist definition than the other version.My sister (last three pictures)One Strip version:-It's soft and comfortable but she can use it for a maximum of 8 hours. After that it starts to itch a little bit (because of the sweat) but if you take it out for a couple of minutes and then put it on again you won't have problem with it.-You feel a better posture because it holds you strong.-Gives you a lot of waist definition when using it and after using.-Can't use beneath the clothes because the material is thicker than the other version.-You sweat like there's no tomorrow.Both of them are very expandable so they can fit both large and medium bodies.So, according to both of them, they're both great, totally worth your money and you do see results when using them. The main difference would be how much waist definition you want.If you want way more definition, then the one-strip version is better. But if you want to be able to use it for a longer period of time and under your clothes than the two strip version is the best option.

For 15 bucks, its pretty good. I bought it to help with weight loss, trimming the waist and stomach. What I love but wasn't expecting, is that it helps tremendously with your posture and back support. I do have back problem since having a c-section so I can definitely appreciate the posture and back support. The reason I couldn't give a full five stars is because the way it fits. Like it fits good as far as going around my waist and stomach ok, its tight and secure. BUT..like others said, the torso thing!! I can wrap it to where it covers my torso but then my upper half near my chest won't be covered...so it bulges out all little fat at the top which looks so awkward and ugly underneath clothes so i can only wear it with big tshirts or have a jacket or hoodie to conceal that look. Now if i wrap it starting from my chest then the bottom of my stomach isn't covered which defeats the purpose of why I bought it. Sooo for 15 bucks I can't complain too much but I hate I can't wear it more freely without being noticeable....

Just got this today. It looks and feels a lot like a belly binder used for postpartum support. But it also has some weight to it. Not a lot, but more than a belly binder.The velcro on my belly binder was breaking down, so I thought I'd try this instead. The support feels good - its actually a little better than the binder. It has a big full velcro strap that covers the entire stomach area (I'm only 5ft tall), plus 2 smaller straps in front of that, so its very secure. It does feel a little warm, and I've only been wearing it for 5 minutes, but it is 84 degrees out.I have no idea whether it will actually help me lose weight, but its enough like a belly binder to help with diastis recti. Comfortable but warm, doesn't feel like it will creep up on you, and the velcro is very good. Feels durable, but I never put anything with velcro in the wash. Wear a shirt under it and it'll stay pretty clean (but it does get warm with all the extra layers in the summer).

Super cute. Love the colors. The pink stretchy material does hold a lot in.The material is itchy, I put it over a shirt top to help. It worked for about a day, then it started to itch again. Not sure if it’s little fibers. It looked like there were some tiny fibers on it.Other than the pink stretchy material. The product it’s self doesn’t stretch which is good. I got it on Thursday 7/8 it is now 4 am on 7/10. Ive been wearing it non stop. I wore it to the Gym then showered then put it back on. Same thing Friday. Now the material is loose at the top and bottom. It’s good at first put them gets all warped after about 2 days. I can’t say this is a long term product. Honestly disappointed. I’ll have to buy a different one.…But hey it’s cute.

Very impressed with this belt for support. Much better than the many of the back supports that are think and hot. This is smooth fitting, the appropriate length for an average torso to be comfortable for hours, and doesn't feel hot. You will not realize you're sweating until you remove and see the sweat. :-) I wore outside for the first time last week while cutting the lawn and I never got hot or uncomfortable (even forgot it was on). Was gratifying to see I'd burned extra calories (sweat) when removed. I dont wear directly on skin, I generally have a cami on. Have seen several questions about about or max time to wear. I've comfortably worn for hours without issue while doing chores, watching tv, or sitting around. Good thing with the design is that if you get uncomfortable, the velcro straps are adjustable to your level of comfort. Would not recommending long-term use at one time or sleeping.

This trainer came very fast and well packaged to. I love how it fits and feels. It is true to size so go one up if you need to. The price is good I am very satisfied with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  I love this waist, it perfect for me! Size medium It supports your back and trains. I Definitely recommend this product the material is amazing. The Velcro is strong and so is the elastic band. It is easy to put on and adjust to whatever tightness I choose. It this product to help me loose my waist, the minute I put it on I feel the heat & it make you sweat when you are training, so far, I just used it at home workout. the quality seems to be good, so I give it try, yesterday I wear it under my close to go to work to support my back it was ok under my close & good support too!

Good sizing chart, the belt fits nicely. It can also be used for lumbar support when moving heavy objects. I have lower back problems and can surely appreciate that part of it too. If you do any kind of exercise with the belt on you will most definitely sweat! It didn't have any strong smell when I unpacked it and the Velcro straps keep it in place very snug. This is for men and women alike!

Great fit. Very strong Velcro and good quality and priced well. Have been wearing it for a few days now and love how it feels and the support that it gives to my back. Definitely not disappointed.
