Beautiful sword and battle ready.
Very well made sword, extremely sharp out the box. Beautiful hamon and same on the tsuka is top notch. Fittings are top quality including the says, very tight fit on Habaki but it will loosen up over time, I hope. If not it can be fixed quickly. The blade is thick and heavy making it great for cutting, the blade has an o kissaki tip but more pointer than usual, but still attractive. Only 2 things I wasn’t completely satisfied with was the synthetic silk on the tsuka feels more like cotton than silk and that it doesn’t include a sageo. The balance on the blade and long tsuka make for a very powerful and compact sword. The tsuba is very detailed and excellent quality. Very happy with purchase and would recommend yarinohanzo.
