People donot waste ur money.Don't buy these laptop. Just waste of money . Bought this in March know the key pad is not working and seller is telling that keypad is not covered under warranty. They don't pick up the phone or reply on what's app.It stops in between while using .No support from seller.Bad overall experience.

Decent product
It was my first refurbished product purchase however it was a good experience. I am writing this feedback after 7 months of usage. Worth every penny.SSD is ultra fast, I formatted and installed Win 7 and there are proper drivers etc available on Dell website.Display is bit disappointing however it's business laptop and not a multimedia one.I have however played crysis 2 on this laptop in medium settings and it was fine.Overall good experience.

I am struggling for last 10 days to return the faulty laptop , the product is not working since it's delivered.Amazon is not bale arrange the pickup besides calling everyday for last one week .POOR SERVICE NOT ONLY FROM RETAILER BUT MORE FRUSTATAING IS AMAZON .

Satisfied with product, screen quality is amazing and laptop is light weight as well.. Battery life is not my issue but charger getting hot while charging this is the only concern...otherwise product is worthy.
