This is excellent for large quantities! I tumble glass from our local mine and it only takes a few days for each step to get it smooth and shiny and ready for my multimedia art works. Be sure to let the gas out every 24 hours and check your stones or glass. It makes my life so much easier! Thank you!!!!!!!!

I got this tumbler. I had rocks sticking under something in the bottom of the barrel. The inside had something peeling off of it. The rocks were not tumbling smooth., They were chipping and braking. I contacted the manufacturer. I sent them picture. Told them what it was doing they didn't care, didn't offer any help or return. Absolutely nothing at all. I was told it was all my fault. I must be doing it wrong. I have never had such rude uncaring costumer service. I have other tumblers. they all do great. When I received this one it looked like something my husband could have made himself. It is just PVC pipe glued together and spray painted.

I like the quality and construction of this tumbler. It looks to be well built and made in the USA!! Yay!

I had purchased these and they seemed to work great, so I bought more. Now I am having leaking problems with them around neck area. The barrels last about 1-2 years depending on use. I am a heavy user.The company is working with me on replacement and refunds of both broken and un used items recently purchased directly from them as well as ones out of warranty purchased through Amazon. So I am giving an extra star.They are lighter weight due to fiberglass type construction. The frames have been no problem with regular maintenance they suggested done daily and monthly. Rock tumbling always creates noise, plan to put them where you don’t care about that. It takes weeks to get a final polish on harder stone. Noise = working… enjoy.

Found product was strong, lots of space to load up. After getting over the cost we gave it a try. 1st day not so good rotated to end of bracket as discribed in instructions then stopped. 2nd day Went and purchased the grease that was called for. Sprayed bearings went to end of bracket ran for 1hr then stopped . Was not happy, emptied barrel ,loaded only 1/2 as much, ran for 1 hr then stopped again. 3rd day Read up on this item more, adjusted belt was very loose,its at its max and only ran 2hrs. Loaded barrel back up ,even weighing all the conents and barrel so not to overload it, came to 38 lbs with everything. Sprayed bearings again, now with belt tight will see how long it runs. Had to order another belt for spare,don't know if it will last though its first run of rocks. It's been 1/2 hr so far its OK, even Sprayed end of barrel where it hits the plastic stop as to give less friction. Will give update tomorrow night see if it makes 24hrs, more maintenance then I thought.

The tumbler is great, noise level is contained and results are very good.

We have had great results with this tumbler so far however two have cracked. One of the Tumblers has been replaced and now the other has cracked and I cannot seem to get a response from the seller to replace this other one that has cracked.
