The jar itself appears to be of decent quality. The lid, however, leaves much to be desired and is my only gripe. Getting it screwed down tight and loosened again is much more difficult that it should be. Fortunately, I had a plastic lid that fit and meets my needs.

My quarantine kitchen is so organized now. These jars are great for flour and sugar. I added the labels and they look so pro. Makes baking more fun.

I don't believe the jar I received was a "Mason". Based on the description, I placed my order expecting a metal lid. The jar I received had a flimsy plastic lid and was cracked on arrival.

I give this mason jar a 5 star!! its a good size, although I was kinda hoping it would be bigger but its still a beauty! its actually quite air tight, it seems like its made of good strong glass(I mean I didn't test it HA, but its good n heavy) don't drop on toes.another pro is the clear glass.. if you have oatmeal in one and pepper in ones like me -or say coffee in one? there would be no grabbing the wrong jar.-you know exactly what inside quick n easy

Perfect size for storing kombucha scoby. Will be ordering more to store food supplies. The wide mouth makes it easy to fill and access.
