Solid attractive mount for your rifle.
Mounted on a Bergara HMR 6.5 PRC. The PRC size confusion left me wondering what rail I needed, but it does use a short action rail. Just FYI.Worked great and mounts up rock solid. I do use blue loctite every time - tho some say not to. 15 yrs doing that and have naver had a rail issue, so... Yeah.

Nice USA product
The rail I should have ordered the first time. The fact that it is Weaver and made in the USA was a bonus. I dry-fitted the screws first and then dobbed some 242 on the threads and they went right in. Screw length was perfect and the machining is crisp and the finish ideal. Worth the extra cost imo.

A Great American Made Rail
This is a great rail. It's aluminum, so it wouldn't be considered "heavy duty", but it is very well made. The machining is excellent as is the finish. It sits a little lower than some other options, which I prefer. The one I received was missing a couple of screws, but Weaver customer service was outstanding! Recommended!!!

Exact fit - good quality
I originally ordered the 20 MOA base by Talley. It was too thick and raised my scope too high. Even with the lowest rings I could find, the Talley was too high; I had to raise my head to see through the scope.This base is the thinnest one I found. It is very strong and solid. Keeps the scope low to the rifle like it should.Now the scope is where it should be and my cheek is snug on the stock.

product works perfect only problem was 2 of the screw were too long, but not a big deal went to local gun shop and paid the massive $2 price tag to get 2 shorter ones, minor inconvenience for saving $130-140ish compared to rail from local gun shop.

Great fit, great value, what’s not to like?
This is my go to Remmy 700 base in short action. Luckily it is ambidextrous and one can order these for left handed rifles. Machining is well executed. There is no tilt whatsoever when you align the screw holes on top of the receiver. I like how the base is machined and level without any tilt or bouncing. It just fit perfectly. I have two of these now on the two of my four Remmy M700 rifles. Good to GO!
