Best B vitamin complex ever
Without question, this is a great product! Everything it says about calming nerves and relaxation is true. But I found myself sleeping later instead of being the early riser I enjoy. I was taking it as recommended. Now it’s every other or 3rd day. Don’t freak out when you see your urine is neon yellow green!
