Disappointing, have to push each coin thru slot and tubes are more than a roll! The company however reached out to me and made it right by sending me several of other options that I received today 1/20/18! They exceded my expectations! I would definitely do business with them again

Broke after 15 minutes of use. Stopped counting the the correct denomination of coins, Quarters were read as Nickles, Nickles as Pennies, Pennies as Dimes, and Dimes didn't register. Upon Closer inspection the fixed roller had fallen off and when opened to look at the bottom to look for any way to repair the bottom part of the cap that houses the electronics fell out, and the counter was holding on with by its ribbon cable. At least I could put the roller back on the post it fell off of, I also found the screw that fell out of the counter that caused the roller to fall off. It could not be fixed as the hole had been stripped out by the screw. I will be returning this for a refund and looking for a different product to suit my needs. I DO NOT recommend this.UPDATE: Seller contacted me and rushed replacement will update again once recieved. Increasing from one star to three for the excelent customer service. If replacement had no issues, will revist review.UPDATE: After receiving the new bank no major issues with it. Updating to 5 stars for the sellers willingness to replace defective unit, as well as the replacement having no issues. Works great.

Updated this review again. The product works as expected. It is well constructed. It tally coins as you insert them in the slot. This coin jar works great if you have a handful of change that you occasionally need to keep track of. If you have a ton of change at home that you want to count up I suggest you look for a more automated solution as it will be tiresome inserting coins one at a time.Having said that it is perfect for what I do. Come home from being out any change I have gets dropped thru the slot. Works great. More importantly this vendor is very persistent in making sure I am satisfied. I originally posted this as two stars because it did not tally. I had begun the return process and He immediately contacted me offering to ship a new one free of charge which I did. That one also had a problem. He sent another and apologized profusely. That one stopped working again and he reached out to me the same day. We exchanged emails and he sent another bank to me. While it may have been a pain I have to say he was not willing to give up until I was satisfied and was very proactive about communicating to me.Did not recognize correct denominations and tally appropriately. I am forced to return it. The product seems decently made. The jar is thick plastic. Not sure if I just got a defective one.Updated this review to three stars. The Seller was quick to respond to my review of two stars. Apologized and offered a free replacement. Indicated they experienced a small manufacturing problem with a minor portion of inventory. I accepted and got the replacement. It counts everything except American Penny's. The Penny's count as dimes. There is a way to manually subtract but that is not why I bought this.Waiting now to hear back from the seller to see rather I'm doing something wrong but I don't think so. Any very impressed with their service they seem like a good company. Otherwise the product is made very well.

I love this little piggy bank. It works perfectly. I put all my coins in it and the counter started working instantly. I got one for my girlfriend as well and she also really likes it. It’s great way to store loose change and keep an accurate money figure on your loose change.

PURCHASED THIS COIN SORTER IN HOPES OF EASING THE HASSLE OF COUNTING BY HAND. LIKE MANY REVIEWS HAVE IN THEM, THIS ITEM IS A PIECE OF JUNK. I DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT ANY OF THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING. MY FAULT ON THAT ONE, AND I DO PLAN ON KEEPING THE SORTER BECAUSE IT WILL HELP MY SON WITH DEXTERITY. (YOU HAVE TO CAREFULLY PLACE EACH COIN ONE BY ONE INTO THE SLOT) THE TUBES ARE NOT SIZED APPROPRIATELY FOR AMOUNT NEEDED TO FILL EACH PAPER SLEEVE. I USED A PERMANENT MARKER AND MARKED WHERE TO STOP ON EACH TUBE TO FILL PAPER SLEEVE. THIS COMES WITH A FEW PAPER SLEEVES, BUT YOU DO NOT PUT THEM INTO THE TUBES. YOU FILL THE TUBES TO LINE (YOU HAVE MARKED), AND THEN YOU HAVE TO REMOVE TUBE, AND TRANSFER TO SLEEVE. THE CALIBRATION IS WAY OFF, AND COUNTS PENNIES AS DIMES OFTEN. THERE IS NO TELLING HOW MANY TIMES IT HAS MESSED UP ON OTHER COINS BEFORE I NOTICED THE INCORRECT AMOUNT BEING COUNTED WITH THE PENNIES. COINS GET STUCK OFTEN IN THE COUNTING SLOT. YOU MUST WIGGLE IT BACK AND FORTH FOR IT TO RELEASE AND GOING DOWN THE "SLIDE". DO NOT LIFT IT BACK UP BECAUSE IT HAS ALREADY COUNTED THAT COIN, AND DOING SO MAKES THE ALREADY OFF COUNT MORE OFF COUNT. THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE USELESS AND WASTE OF PAPER.ONLY POSITIVE NOTES ON THIS THING IS IF YOU HAVE LOOSE CHANGE HERE AND THERE ITLL BE A (POSSIBLE) GOOD INVESTMENT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS A LOT OF COINS THEY'RE WANTING TO COUNT QUICKLY. I AM GOING TO BE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING I CAN DUMP MULTIPLE COINS IN AND IT SORTS. I AM NOT EVEN INTERESTED IN THE COUNTER.
