Yes, as others have pointed out, the wires are reversed on these. Nothing that a X-acto knife or pin can't fix in just a minute. Always check your polarity first before you just go and solder everything together.

These are absolutely perfect to use with Adafruit’s LiPoly batteries. The red/black wires match polarity wise with the batteries and the connectors have good fit with the battery’s connector. They fit snugly without snagging.

If you are intending on using these with R/C quadcopters, helicopters etc. note that they are reversed from standard battery polarity. If you wire red-to-red and black-to-black the battery will connect backwards, probably frying your drone and definitely frying your charger. Thanks to that little "surprise" I ruined 2 chargers and 2 batteries. Otherwise product came as expected in a timely manner.

The pictures of this item are of correct polarity. On the items I received, the red wires are where the black should be and visa-versa. Fried a Nano-quad on me. Thanks. ZERO STARS.........minus
