Wasn't sure about this when I purchased this it but it was a nice addition to my home gym. I added it to my daily routine and this is a solid workout. I was anxiously awaiting this product to add to my home gym, and as a seat, and I must say, I am pleased. I've only had it a couple of days and already worked out with and now I'm sitting on it as I type this review. I have been having issues with my low back, and I wanted to try something different. But so far, so good. Pray things only improve from here. Millie

I have purchased a few exercise balls in the last 20 years. Names keep changing, but essentially they are the same thing. I currently have a 75 and 65 cm ball and now the 75 cm by Mantra called the "Bodyball." What makes this unique, and practical, is it comes with a ring that the ball fits in and makes it easy to use as a chair. I am an author and spend a lot of time at my desk. The ball/chair is easy to sit on and balance and I feel results on my core. In addition, there are two exercise straps and a great chart of exercises to perform on a daily or weekly basis. I'm not using barbells or dumbbells, but I do feel great. Oh, and I am 72 years old.

If you follow the instructions, you should inflate the ball to full size in two increments of time. And I am doing that, because I want sooo badly for this product to be as great as it appears. I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the accoutrements that came with this product as well as the quality, considering the reasonable price. I need something for stretching and strengthening my back/core in a gentle way, and I believe this will work. Once I have completed the inflation process as instructed, I will write a secondary review. Looking forward to using this!

It takes a long time to blow up, the pump provided is absurdly cheap and wheezy, but once inflated it is stable and surprisingly comfortable. I have used as my office chair all week, and my back and neck are less sore and achy. While it is somewhat of a myth that these balls will improve your "core strength," what they do is force you to keep your head straight above your shoulders, in the proper posture. The 75 cm size, with the ring, makes it more usable in an office setting, keeps the ball from rolling away when not in use. Others in my office have tried and are getting their own.

I like the stability of this product. I had an exercise ball that was given to me, but I didn't use it much. I would have just purchased the base and resistance bands, but for the price, having a new ball that was more my size was better. I feel more confident doing exercises on this. I love the large poster that comes with it with easy visual references categorized by target area. It makes working out so much simpler. Great idea and awesome product.

Just got my Mantra sports body ball a couple of days ago. I haven’t done anything too much, just some arm exercises due to a busy schedule but... I can honestly say for the price it’s a great product! Seems to be excellent quality, the customer service person/ owner, Nathalie is unbelievable! In this world where most people are all about take the money and run, it is so rare and refreshing to have someone who goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. I have received a couple of emails from her and she believes in her product and is willing to go the extra mile to make her customers happy! I would recommend this product to anyone who has a hard time getting out and going to the gym. When I get home from work I just want to get comfy at home with my fur babies, having this product allows me to exercise at home and not feel guilty about not going to the gym. This is a product anyone can afford, I know if I’m diligent about using it I will get results!

I wound up ordering a second one. I use one as an alternate desk chair at work. The ball is larger than others I've had, which provides a great height to be used at my desk. The base/ring, still allows for enough movement to engage my core, without the worry of losing my balance and falling off at work, which would be embarrassing to say the least. I also do a few exercises on my lunch break. I ordered another for home. I'm 5'6" and my son is 5'10" we both love the size of the ball. The entire set up looks very expensive, and like it will last. I highly recommend.
