Diamond Eye K5252A Exhaust Kit

Box showed up very beat up, apparently FedEx used it as a football then spiked it at the end of the game. I wasn't worried about the cosmetic dings and dents, but one hanger was bent. Im fairly mechanical, so I mocked everything up to see if the hanger needed to be rebent or if it was still close. It was close, so I attempted to put everything in the truck. It all went up fairly straightforward until the last pipe. The middle pipe dumped into the middle of the rear sway bar, and the last pipe had to push the pipe into the shock, sway bar, and spring to mate up. This also pointed the exhaust up behind the bumper. Not good.Got to looking at everything, adjusted the front two hangers, and cut off the rear hanger and welded it into the correct position. This corrected everything except the angle of the exhaust, I got it so most of it is pointed out under the truck, but some is still hitting the back of the bumper. Im going to have to buy a 5" angled tip for it to finish everything halfway correctly.Looking at the craftsmanship, I am thinking this was a Friday build and it just slipped through QC, though FedEx didn't do me any favors either.The poor packaging and miss located hanger knock it down, but it would only earn 4 stars at best. You get what you pay for I guess.

Installed filter back kit on 2010 ram 2500 with s&b cai already installed. All the pieces fit good with the end exiting in right about the place as the stock pipe. At idle the sound is not any louder and almost no pitch difference either. there is little extra power when the turbo kicks in and it's a little louder/throatier sounding with your foot in it on the freeway. Overall I like it but it's not worth the money for little performance and/or sound gains

Fits perfectly. Easy to install with a little elbow grease. Makes the truck sound mean.

I thought it was going to be one piece but it was multiple. But I did what I needed it too do.
