Zipper works well after installing
I can now wear my favorite jacket again. Zipper is sturdy and works smoothly. Despite some mistakes I made installing it I’m happy. I would get another of these zippers if I need to replace another.

I ordered a blue zipper and received a black one!
The zipper pictured is a medium blue; what I received was JET BLACK. Luckily the garment I was going to install it in is multi-colored with blue and black both in it, so I decided to work with what I had received rather than go through the cost of returning and replacing something when the return would cost as much as the item. It is because of the wrong color that I rated it four stars.The zipper moves easily and was easy to hand-sew into a sweater I'd bought on Amazon that came without one. I made sure to do a tie-off-knot in the sewing every few inches so that I'll never have to completely resew one side if a few of the hand-sewn stitches pull out. With the zipper in, a sweater I had rated as three stars is now a five star item and I at last have my "sweater of many colors" to face the world with that goes with everything.

Excellent 10-inch Heavy Duty Zipper!
Have used this type of heavy-duty zipper on many and various projects and have never had a problem. Positive alignment and easy pull to zip and un-zip make for an effortless closure device. There are a number of different lengths available to accommodate any type of closure needed.

Nice product.
We used this in a Winter coat for a friend. Did not realize that when we bought this zipper that the pull tab was going to be on the left hand side. It worked out perfectly.
