Diaper Dude Brown/Pink Diaper Bag with Changing Pad + Cross Body Messenger Bag for Men: The Perfect Gift for a New Dad

Update : after I used this bag a few times, I ripped out a couple of stiches that made this more functional for me. First one I ripped was the stiches that divides the back pocket. This is where I put my personal stuff - wallet, phone, a small notebook and cosmetic bag. Had I done this prior to my taking off the padding, it would have made that task easier. The other stiching I I ripped was the small vertical stitch that holds the elastic on top of the side pocket that is supposed to hold the baby bottle. After ripping this, I can now fit the wide neck bottles that I use, specifically avent and playtex drop ins.Original review: I bought this to replace my lesportsac purse that I use as a diaper bag. I found the material stiff unlike the lesportsac's floppy material that I like. The changing pad is nice but the padding at the back of the bag restricts the bag's capacity. I was disppointed that putting my lean wallet and a small cosmetic bag with my infant's things totally packs the bag tigtly. So I tore the seam in the inside zipped pocket and reached in and took off the padding. I hand sewn it back but I dont think I will be using that pocket. Its so narrow and deep i can hardly think of anything I would want to put in there. The bag can now hold a little bit more. I bought the brown and pink one for 28 bucks, not a huge amount so I will keep it, but had I paid full price, I would have returned in a heartbeat

Our daughter is almost 2 and we have another on the way and our old (not Diaper Dude) diaper bag was falling apart. The delivery was on-time, the product was as-described, and looks great so far. The zippers are chunky, sturdy zippers that seem like they will last and not get gummed up if they get a little dirty. The canvas of the bag is also very sturdy. We did keep our changing pad from our old diaper bag as it was slimmer than the one included in this bag. However, everything we had in our old bag fit in this one and is better organized. Even post-diapers, this would be a good bag for totting stuff around. I like that it is cross body and sits close to the body. The strap has a clip, so you can make it nice and tight and still get it on and off easily. Also, the strap cushion is attached in a way that it is adjustable but stays where you put it. Love this bag so far. We are going to be putting it through its paces on vacation next week.

We bought this bag so that my husband could not look like he was carrying a purse when he was with the baby. It holds quite a bit for regular trips- we currently have a 3 month old so she doesnt require a whole lot of stuff, but we always carry the following:5-6 diaperswipesburping cloths2 changes of clothesblanketnursing coverchanging padmy wristlet with phone/credit cards/etcbottle (occasionally- theres an outside pocket that fits perfectly).general items like chapstick, hand sanitizer, pen, paci, etc.I think that if you needed much more than that, you might want to get something bigger, but for us its perfect for everyday use. Also, the changing pad that comes with it is SUPER handy so i can change her pretty much anywhere without having to get her blanket icky or put her on questionable surfaces.

I bought this bag when we had our 2nd child to replace the big, clunky, ugly, awkward diaper bag we used with our first. I think it's quite nice--well-made and lightweight, and I love the color combination. It's comfortable for me to carry on my shoulder or cross-body.It isn't as big as our other bag, which is good and bad: it's smaller and sleeker, but it also doesn't hold as much. That said, it does carry all we need for day outings, and the pockets make it convenient for me to throw my wallet and keys in so I don't have to carry a purse too.My big complaint is that the shoulder strap isn't long enough. It's not comfortable for my husband to carry cross-body even when it's all the way out. Truthfully, it BARELY fits me that way at 140 lbs. I had to deduct 2 stars for that, especially since it's made so you can't take the strap off and replace it with a longer one. If I had to do it again, I think I would have bought a bag that was a little more adjustable.

I have been using this bag daily since its delivery. It hangs comfortably off either shoulder and has roomy side pockets. While the bag has a larger footprint, I did expect the "large compartment" to expand further given the over all dimensions of the bag. I can fit all my child's things inside, but it can be a tough squeeze for longer day trips. The stitching and material are sturdy and well assembled, so I expect this bag to handle the wear of a busy Dad/Mom quite well. While my wife commented about the larger size of the bag, she was very pleased with how it hung out of her way and seemed very light yet sturdy. Overall I am very satisfied with the product and would recommend it to my friends and family. Cheers!

After looking at the pictures of this bag I expected a good sized bag that would easily carry a change of clothes for my potty-training toddler as well as all the necessities of carting a newborn around. It's a great quality bag - I love the large zippers and the multiple pockets - but it's not NEARLY as big as it looks in the images. Also, the cell-phone pocket on the shoulder strap is a joke - it's too small to hold any current smartphone, which is what a majority of people have these days. If you're not lucky enough to have one, and still have one of those smaller issues, consider yourself lucky with this bag - your phone will fit conveniently in the pocket! My husband also loves this bag, which is a plus, since, as a stay-at-home dad he'll be using it much more than I will.

Correct diaper bag. Fits the purpose, has lots of room but could be slightly more comfortable to wear.

A good bag that has kept up with our one year old. Also one that mom and I like. It fits pretty much everything, bicycle water bottle, diapers, couple toys, water, food wipes, and change pad. Only complaint is that the provided change pad is a bit small. No issues with wear and tear, almost like new,

Finally found a bag that doesn't look "girly" and at a very reasonable price to boot. Overall very happy with it. The stitching is on point and the zippers are chunky. Yup I'm happy with it
