We last had an electric blanket when we brought our first house in 1972. We have not had one until we purchased this one. We decided on a well known and trusted make which proved to be a good choice. We like the individual controls and being an over blanket being able to use the thermostat control all night if required but have not needed to use it as yet other than to warm our bed prior to getting into it. It has a 'quick warming' feature which takes roughly five minutes to provide a cosy environment. Due to the internal elements it is recommended not to sit on the blanket whether switched on or not. In conclusion I would say that we wish we hadn't waited so long to replace our original purchase.

A great product. This is the third one I’ve bought in 45 years so the others have lasted me for quite a few years. It is very good quality and very comfortable. The switch on my previous one became faulty which is why I’ve replaced it but as it’s had plenty of use over the last 20 years or so I can’t complain. I would definitely recommend this blanket.

We fitted this within our duvet cover under the duvet for the cold winter nights in our poorly insulated dormer bedroom. It does indeed heat up very quickly and there is a good range of settings which are ideal for overnight use. But it was particularly disappointing to find that the actual heating area is quite a bit smaller than the extent of the fabric - to the extent there is a distinct cold patch down each side unless both people are sleeping in the center of the bed.

The best we have ever had, a luxuary product, lovely soft feel, controls easy to use, wonderfull.

THE DIRTY BLACK MARKS ON THE BLANKET

This solves the problem of the electric blanket/memory foam mattress.It warms up very quickly and can be left on a low setting either for an hour or overnight. I've always had an underblanket in the past but since I bought my memory foam mattress I have not been able to have one on the bed, so last winter I was constantly cold. Delighted with this and will definitely recommend it.
