It worked only once
Seriously disappointed with this..this just worked only once..second time I tried to heat..it didn’t work..and there is no return or exchange policy for this item..I just wasted my money..super regret!!

Complete crap... I received an empty outer cover devoid of any fluids and this item isn't even eligible for return.. waste of time and money.. boo you!!

Heavy bag but heats fast
This bag isn't a bad deal.. it's a little heavy compared to other gel bags I've used but it heats up pretty fast and stays for long. It also has a space to put your warm your hand. The material however is not very friendly for the skin.

Stay life is 1 month
Can’t use it for more than a month. I bought this kind of material twice considering the initial product could be one of case but leakage is the biggest concern which makes it worthless
