Yes... Definitely a yes from me
I have read very review from every supp. That claims to do what this does.this one actually works,im a pretty small guy,ive been taking it for a week and I notice a difference in focus,energy ,memory ,mood,im a grumpy person,and I loose my drive,but since ive been taking these,ive done all my house chores ,(lawn,gutters,fixex toys for the kiddos,improved at work) I recomend this mega man supp.to any man that feels he isnt as happy and energetic,ive had multiple friends purchase this as well,ive heard no complaints,However if you have a weak stomach I would advise following the directions and eating before you take them,the first day I took them I did so first thing inthe morning with no food and felt. A little bit jittery and queasy, so each day after I ate before i took them and it's all good,no side effects i feel better than i have in a long time,hope this helps

Great product if you're used to swallowing large supplements.
Pros:• They are quite effective at providing long-term (not jittery blasts) of energy. Great to take in the AM for sustainable energy all day that can last through a moderate PM workout. If you're going all in during a PM workout, you'll still need an additional pre-workout energy boost though.• Seems to do a good job at helping my body efficiently break down the food I eat by converting it into more useable short-term energy instead of fat.• To put it plainly for all viewers, I'm 27 and don't struggle with testosterone related deficiencies, but this noticeably revs it up a notch. Not to a crazy uncontrollable level, but more of a subtle confident "hello there" feeling.• Helps joints feel better after a brutal workout. I don't usually have a problem in this area, but there's definitely a difference when I don't take fish oil during times I really push myself.Cons:• Large pills and "flavor". I get it, it's necessary, but the flavor on the large red and tan solid supplements lingers after swallowing whole (no, I don't chew these up). But I also always have morning sickness, so maybe it's just me. Went to a military school and got sick every single time we ran at 4-5am. Obviously taking these and getting sick defeats the purpose, so still trying to find a better way to take them. Highly recommend with food no matter what. Oil-based ones are fine, but crushing the red and tan solid ones is just a bit tricky.Conclusion:Overall great product. Does what it's supposed to do and isn't gimmicky like some other supplements. Just wish some of the pill sizes could be smaller.

Its a supplement.
First its GNC, i cant think of anything these people put out that is quality. Second, im a 40 year old man who could use alot more exercise, and energy, this stuff helps. Third, if you're still reading this, just buy the darn thing and try it yourself, you wont be disappointed, and even if you dont like it, its a 30 day supply.

Works well for my husband
My husband works nights and when he is off he sleeps "a lot"! But. When he has taken these, he is full of energy and seems to be in a much better mood! (I make sure he doesn't run out!) lol

Awesome - but hesitant on the total caffeine
I get it: caffeine is a main ingredient for a reason. It helps boost metabolism. However, there’s a LOT in here. The main two beige bills have caffeine and the green pill has a lot more caffeine. I end up skipping the green pill just to be safe because looking at the total mg is concerning

These vitamins rock. They have really helped me. I was never a vitamin person. However, as I stated to get older I needed something to help me get motivated because I do enjoy working out. There's like two pills in the pack that are kind of hard to swallow. They are pretty big. I do notice if I don't eat something before I take them, they do make me jittery. So follow the instructions closely on the box.
