I am so thankful that I am able to get this item through Amazon. You can't find them in grocery stores. I use them in so many recipes. Good flavor, and no sodium! That's what I need to buy.

Use the bread crumbs for frying the clams we dig ourselves. Makes a restaurant quality fried clam, without the salt, almost makes fried clams a health food!

Sodium restricted diets present a real challenge to cooking anything that 'tastes' good or 'normal'. But this product is awesome. We've been using it for 10 plus years in salmon patties, meatloaf, casseroles, just about anything. Its great!

Way too expensive. But couldn’t find anywhere else. Boxes came damaged but not leaking - thankfully. Who knows what part of transit caused this though. Otherwise satisfied. The best bread crumbs on the planet, hands down. 4C is king 👑

It was nice to start with a salt free base, I added some additional seasonings. Used for chicken and eggplant parmesan.My husband is on a salt restricted diet and we didn't miss the salt. Will buy again!

You would never know these breadcrumbs contain no salt, great taste.

I saw Gina, the Italian Grandma, use these breadcrumbs on her Chicken Parmigiana YouTube video, and decided to try them. Now I keep a supply on hand at all times. Very delicious mixture.
