Looks good, smells good, tastes good. Free shipping and a very decent price. Container is standard "medium" size (8"tall x 3" wide X 3.5" deep), like a 26 oz granulated garlic size bottle. Cap is the standard screw-off/pour-top.This could probably last a small family for a few years - or, start using it with absolutely everything that you rehydrate.This stuff is great for dressing up your ramen..Add a couple of eggs and some canned chicken..I transferred some to a smaller container for regular use, and to minimize air exposure to the majority of the contents.It all works pretty dang good..

handy when you NEED chives

I later purchased a larger tub of dried chives by McCormick after I ran out of these Baida. These are a much higher quality than the McCormick. While McCormick are basically rough-chopped and shapeless--these are all perfect circles as you would expect chives to look. This is no criticism of flavor, but if you're conscious of presentation in a soup or sauce--these look better.
