Great sturdy bedframe for nursery.
I was surprised by all the bad reviews here, but then I realized that not all of them are for the bed frame - some are for other items in this series. I'm not positive, but I think some of the accessory items might be veneer, while the bed frame and cribs are solid wood. I bought the washed natural bed for our nursery about a year ago and I absolutely love it! I wanted something that my husband or I could sleep in after our little one was born, and then it could be a big kid bed once we were ready to transition from the crib. We started with a different box-store pine twin bed that ended up feeling unstable and much to high for a toddler. This frame feels incredibly stable and solid, and the short legs make it the perfect height for transition out of the crib (though do note that it leaves only a short space for underbead storage). It still feels solid and stable after nearly a year of regular adult use.I also like that the headboard is relatively tall, so that even with a 10 inch mattress, there is plenty of headboard left to lean against comfortably. The first frame we tried had a headboard that barely showed once we put the mattress on.It was relatively easy for me to put together by myself a few weeks after giving birth. For me, it was definitely worth the price. The only con that I can think of is that our other nursery furniture is a mix of natural pine and white. The washed natural pine lives in this middle land that isn't quite either of those so it's a little hard to match precisely to other pieces outside the series.

Great look & value
These arrive in pieces. We had an “assembly part” to put together all the furniture for our new twin boy grandchildren. They look great once assembled. Cubbies are perfect for books or toys. Just be prepared to ASSEMBLE.

Cheap garbage
Take your hard earned money elsewhere. This is some of the cheapest material for the expensive price tag. Few minutes out of the box and this MDF is falling apart.Purchased other Babyletto products without an issue and loved them. This particular product is complete garbage, however.

Good for money
Easy to assemble but heavy box to move and assemble while pregnant

Super cute and easy to install
Very easy to assemble and looks great. Low enough for my toddler to climb in and not fall out.

Easy to mount
The bed was easy to mount. It is light but seems sturdy enough. Our little one loves it!

Disappointed
We have a Babyletto crib and rocker, which we love. I expected high quality from this shelving unit. When first putting the shelf together one of the dowels did not properly fit into the slot (there was excess wood chipping). When we tried to put it together it cracked the white shelf. We contacted the company and they promptly replaced the parts that we needed. Once we finally had all the parts again, we started putting it together. Parts were flimsy. Instructions were not the best. And at the very end when we placed the backing on the shelf, the screws once again went through and cracked the shelf. I’m disappointed in the quality of this product. I would not purchase this again.

Better hope nothing breaks
I don’t write a ton of reviews but after all was said and done, this product, and more importantly this company Babyletto, barely deserves this 1 meager star. When we placed our prime order the bed was due to be delivered in 6 days. We told our little girl that for Valentine’s Day she was getting her first “big girl bed” We went out, picked out a mattress, coordinated that pick up with the delivery of the bed, we were ready and our little girl was so excited. When the box arrived we shortly after realized that we were missing the side rails. Turns out when they were shipped, both boxes (we didn’t know there were supposed to be 2 boxes) are shipped with the same scan code. The driver scanned one box and probably didn’t even realize there was supposed to be another. After many calls to Amazon and Babyletto, Babyletto places all the blame on Amazon. Amazon then orders us a whole new bed and gives us some Amazon credit. Great. The new bed takes 7 days to get to us and when it arrives it is in fact a whole new bed. Now we have 2 headboards, 2 foot boards, and only enough parts to make 1 complete bed. We send emails to Babyletto, and ultimately get someone on the phone to try and just order new side rails so that down the line we can build our youngest the same bed. Turns out you cannot purchase extra parts from Babyletto! We are stuck having to waste a perfectly good headboard and foot board. The guy on the phone actually told my wife that if he sold us the side rails the same problem would still exist except for the wasted perfectly good materials would just be wasted in a different state. In this day and age, how can a company not provide replaceable parts in order to help create long term sustainability? What if the part wasn’t lost in the mail or bent in a move? Damaged in transit? Had an integrity flaw? The entire bed becomes extra waste regardless to condition. If you choose to by this bed or any furniture from any of the companies under a Million Dollar Baby (DaVinci Baby, Nursery Works, Ubabub, Franklin & Ben, Capsule) this will likely be the case. Wasteful. The bed itself is of standard quality. I feel less confident in my purchase knowing that if it breaks because my kid decides to jump on it that I may have to buy a whole new bed.
