HD 5MP 4 in 1 TVI/CVI/CVBS/AHD Security Camera, Waterproof 65ft IR Day/Night, 3.6mm Lens Dome Camera for CCTV Camera System

These 1080p TVI fixed focus cameras were bought to replace the 720p examples I fitted a couple of years ago and are an improvement in picture quality compared to those.I'm not sure what standard CCTV camera manufacturers use to define the resolution because they are all significantly inferior to a 1080p TV or PC, these being no exception.Being fixed focal length they are always in focus so setting them up is easy enough with just the orientation and direction to be adjusted.In bright daylight the image is good but deteriorates very significantly at night with bushes around 15m away appearing to be a lump of mashed potatoes with no detail whatsoever.I recently discovered that using an infrared illuminator improves the situation significantly so I now have one aimed at the same area as the camera and the image is much sharper.Overall I would rate the daylight image as good and the night-time image as poor, at least without extra illumination and I would bu again with that proviso.

Using this to replace a camera on my CCTV that has gone down. Didn't know what type of signal my old one was so gambled with this. It's CVBS but found I can switch to AHD. So not only have I replaced a camera for cheap but the night vision is better and now it is 1080n rather 720p. So the video is alot sharper. Will be replacing the other 3 with these even though the old ones work. Would recommend 100%

Took some time to write a review as I wanted to use it for a bit first.But overall it's a great camera,Had to get my tech savvy son to setup as it was a different camera from my initial camera and recording unit purchase.Great product - especially for the price. I did some googling before buying this one and I'm very pleased.When setting it up on our network it took a few of attempts with the settings, then finally it connected.but essentially works fine. Installing the camera took some time but that was down to location and securing the camera. Picture quality is way better than expected - both day and night given that it's outside and on the other side of the house.Bracket allows the camera to be angled in any direction with a couple of holding screws.

Not fitted yet but have tried these on the systemThe colours are brighter and picture a bit more clearer look easy to fit and you can try the settings on the lead to get the most out the picture that suits your needs and compatibility with your system

Well built product, well designed but the picture quality is not very good at all. My 2mp cameras produced a better picture so had to return it

Very surprised with the image and the quality of this camera always bought high end cameras so first time tried the lower priced and I'm amazed that the quality is similar. This camera is 4 in 1 I have hikvision dvr it was just a simple plug and play so took me 5 mins to take old camera off and put this new one on. This is a 5mp camera which is good enough for any security needs as I use mine for the drive and keep an eye on my van. This camera looks good and it's so simple to plug and play.

This is a great little camera. Really clear pictures. I tested it first on CVBS and it was good, however when I moved it to the DVR using HD-TVI the picture quality was stunning. I need a better DVR now, as 1080p does not do the camera justice.This is for use on a Village Hall, and I shall be upgrading all 8 cameras to one of these. At this price it's a no-brainer.

What can I say. I purchased 3 Hikvision cameras from another site which were a lot more expensive and all malfunctioned within a week. These are superb. They arrived quickly and were an absolute doddle to install and are very affordable.

Buon prodotto ad un costo basso, visibilita' buona si di notte che giorno, ha bisogno di un DVR che supporta telecamere 5MP altrimenti non si vede nulla, pero' ha anche la possibilita' di abbassare la risoluzione.
