Perfect all around.
What a great item. Definitely helps save my hands during long massages. There's no sharp edges, so I definitely can use all the different angles of it, to soothe my wife's muscles. Stays warm with just being in your hand. Glides along perfectly with all of the massage oils I use.

Rubbing my wife’s back and shoulders was almost impossible with arthritis in my thumbs. Using this allows me to give the muscles thumb pressure with much less strain on my thumbs.

Excellent tool.
It glides smooth on the skin and is easy to hold in a variety of ways to get into the right spot. My challenged hands could find alot of ways to hold this and it didnt slip out if them. The finger ridges actually worked great on the outer edge of the 2 year old stitches which very quickly responded by releasing some seriously painful tension. It hurt like a mofo at first to get into that tissue, but I couldnt come close to that impact with my hands alone. The scar tissue softened after a few rounds of healing oil and pressure with the pinpoint accuracy of this tool. I am better, and still working in it, but there is definitely improvement and release of scar tissue already. Yay!

What a fabulous creation!
My love has as very masculine build, lots of tough, tough muscle. Lots of tension build up so he requires lots of massaging. I injured my wrist so bad from massaging him I got a ganglion cyst.Now that I found this thing- its incredible what relief I can bring with such little, safe effort on my part as the massager. He loves it too!
