So where do you add a drop- directly in the litter box?

That works fine. In the fresh litter. Of course even with this I clean the box of any solids throughout the day.

Can you add this to household cleaners? Will this interact with the cleaning chemicals?

I have never added this to other cleaners. I use it in the toilet to freshen up the bathrooms and one drop will make the room smell wonderful, without it smelling like there was a major accident that just happened! I don't ever mix chemicals or cleaners of any kind. I have heard too many horror stories from people who have, so I just never do, no matter whether it can be or not.

Where do you place the drops? Could you put it on dog's collar? Vacuum bag? In a scentsy?

I would not put it on a dog, it's too strong. A vacuum bag could work. I don't know about a scentsy. I just put a drop on a surface in my laundry room area to cover kitty litter smell.
