No they are cheap plastic type boots

Will a size 8 for this boot fit? My foot is 10 inches in length and 3 1/2 inches in width.

I am not sure, I have never actually measured my foot. However I normally wear a size I and ordered a 9 and it was way, way to big. Even with wool boot socks it was to big. Order a size smaller.

Does the boots fold down
