Like many, I’ve always avoided Isaiah. I love the scriptures but Isaiah seemed so difficult and hard to understand. But this book has opened the window to a whole new understanding and helped me comprehend so much that before I was missing. I’d recommend this for anyone who wants to learn why the writings of Isaiah are so important - to us today.

I read the entire book to my wife who, as I read, followed along in Isaiah. She reports that, “I realize now that my study of Isaiah must include personal notes and my own applications in order to be useful to my family.”

I found John Bytheway's book extremely helpful in making Isaiah more understandable and applicable to me personally! It is a must read for anyone who is seriously interested to learn spiritual truths.

Isaiah for Airheads John Bytheway is one of the funniest, but best gospel teachers I have ever met. He says that this book, "Isaiah for Airheads" is the one he enjoyed writing the very most. It has ranked as the #1 most sold book about Isaiah on Amazon at times and is one of the very best places to begin your searching diligently of the book of Isaiah. There is a cool video on SearchIsaiah.org about how John wrote "Isaiah for Airheads," probably worth checking out.I liked how he used trees, guides, keys, highways, and offramps to describe Isaiah.

I am still reading this book. I have gotten about 70% done. The repetition of Isaiah's words written by John Bytheway in this book are helping me to understand Isaiah a lot better. I like the way John Bytheway gives the historical background to help with the understanding. I am also glad that he quotes other books about Isaiah to read as a follow up. As I read verses from Isaiah in the Book of Mormon, now, I am feeling like the information is not as foreign as it has been in the past. I feel it will get clearer the more I keep reading this book and also keep reading Isaiah over and over again.

John Bytheway is excellent! He breaks down Isaiah into pieces you can relate to and understand. Then takes you through each individual chapter, tells you who is quoting it, why, and then breaks it down piece by piece to help you understand what is being said and what it means. Then summarizes each chapter. Gave me knowledge and insight to the most difficult chapters of the Book of Mormon that I’d never had before. But it takes some definite work and dedication!
