Sudden Change Under-Eye Firming Serum (sold by Product Resort) is TOPICAL and not very flexible on the skin. It sits on the skin and dries like a plastic barrier--similar to liquid band aid. Like liquid band aid, it also gets white and flaky around the edges almost immediately (especially in areas with movements.) I’m giving it One (1) star.Dark circles become more visible once the product tightens the skin. The instructions suggested mixing the product with a little foundation for coverage BUT achieving coverage WITHOUT losing the tightening of the skin AND the bags reappearing--could become extremely time-consuming and disappointing. If you are able to master this you would be happy with the product.BUYER BEWARE! The product is time-consuming and difficult to use, but it does tighten the skin within a few minutes. (Experiment so you don’t get the plastic surgery, hard-to-blink wide-eye look.) I tried to order one (1) bottle, but a box of six (6) arrived at my house. Apparently, I didn’t notice that the seller listed the quantity in the name. Red flags did not go up because (1) “miracle in a bottle” tends to be expensive. (2) Quantity selection has always been a separate and deliberate step with every other item I’ve ordered from Amazon over the years, so I did not expect ordering this item would be different. (I might have paid more attention to the description if it wasn’t the only match that popped up among a list of other unmatched items when I did the search.)Amazon contacted Product Resort a day after I received the order to see if I could return the unintended (extra) 5 items, but it’s been two weeks and the seller has not responded. This cost me close to $65.00—as of today, 3/28/18, it’s now listed for $75.82. I hope this does not happen to anyone else—especially because Product Resort's customer service has been questionable so far.

WORKS WELL WITH SMALL AMOUNT.

I was skeptical but this product does what it says! BUT I think the manufacturer should invest in a way to see if they can make this in a clear gel or light cream. For anyone with a fair complexion, the tint of this cream is too dark and you can see it on the face. For myself it wasn’t that bad but I put some on my mom who is very fair and you could see it after it dried. It looked like when you wear foundation too dark for your skin and you see that line around your face. But hers was just under her eyes lol. I didn’t apply a lot so that was not the problem. It really should be a clear color so no residue is seen. Also because of the tint, even if it isn’t noticeable after the application, it will be visible by the end of the day. I’d literally invest in this company if they found a way to make it without the tint!Another thing for the ladies asking about wearing it with makeup. I put moisturizer on my face prior to makeup normally, I did the same but avoided under the eyes. I then put my foundation on, dabbed it in areas and blended with a brush. I blended it very lightly under my eyes. Once dried, I then added this eye cream. I wasn’t sure if it would work but it certainly did. As I said I didn’t have much issue with the color of the cream until days end when you could see the color and separation. Anyone who is fair skinned may want to invest in a slightly darker foundation to avoid this.

I bought the product in the past and was hesitant to buy again as the orig bottle had the dropper come apart from the top of the dropper squeezer. I was unable to use the nearly full bottle.I hoped that those issues wouldn't happen again, but instead my bottle was only 3/4 full.I am also uneasy as there was a label that said "new product" and was placed over the bottom of the product box.I question if it wasn't a return since my bottle wasn't full and there was no tape or plastic wrap that would insure it being a new package.

Been using this product for at least 20yrs. For those who say it doesn't work, or leaves white residue they just don't know the trick to applying it correctly. I have very bad malar eye bags and use this daily. Through trial and error I've learned you apply it after all your makeup has been applied. Use a very small amount and tap it on. Let it dry, then run your finger under water and tap water finger over area where you applied product. Let it dry and No residue and no eye bags. Like I said I've been using this product for many many years and have tried many other products and ALWAYS come back to this product because I know it works. Don't give up, adding a little water works, and once product has dried works like a charm!!

It does what it's supposed to but it doesn't feel normal. It makes my skin feel sticky/tacky and it is noticeably shiny, looks like hardened cement glue, and it cracked and flaked-off when I laughed or tried to move my skin with my fingers.Yes, I tried the smallest amount possible and it still hardened shiny and flaked.

This is my favorite skin product. I looks great to smooth under eye wrinkles.
