very thorough! using to review grammar for 9th grader going into 10th grade

Be aware that this is written by a U.K.- educated writer. Hence, some of the phrasing of examples and even the instructions utilize "The Queen's English". That said, it is otherwise well done and an excellent resource for teaching.

Very Good book on English Grammar.

This is one of the best book ever , this book gives a clear and easy to understand explanation of the topics. There are two parts they are:- Book 1 - grammar :- It contains 43 chapters and takes almost 150 pages (total pages are 420) Book 2 - composition :- It has several parts , totally 4 they are :- Part 1 analysis transformation and synthesis Part 2 correct usage Part 3 structures And part 4 written composition All together they are up to 45 chapters in the second section which takes up 270 pages I like this book because it as a clear explanation of the chapters given in the bookit lacks the answer keys , it is given in a separate book This might be too costly but this book is awesome and better than the regular edition which is less costly It has coloured illustration which makes learning fun I suggest you to buy this book

This is value for money!

The book cover had water damage on the cover, corners worn out and had mould smell. I did not even want to touch it. I'm very disappointed that I paid for shipping to get a damaged product!

It is a nice book. Whether you are a teacher or a student this is the most recommended book for English grammar.the new look of multicolour edition gives the best look also. It is so helpful to learn grammar. And the delivery was so surprise for me as the man didn't call me or even no information.
