Sturdy, great protection for iPad 9.7. Keys on the keyboard are excellent. However like other comments not sure what the separate board is used for- other than when placed under the case on slippery surfaces it stops the screen section from slipping away.other than that, it’s a better case/keyboard compared to the Logitech Slim Folio which has a faulty Bluetooth operation(bought together from Apple 3yrs ago) so keyboard doesn’t work anymore.

I like this case with keyboard. Case is solid and fit perfect which protect iPad very well. Keyboard works good as well, all the quick buttons work ok. Only 2 little things: I have always problem to close it properly and in the instruction manual didn't say what a little black thing on second pictures is for,otherwise good quality product in good price

The keyboard looked decent enough for the price, obviously not high-end, but enough for my purposes. It charged, powered on and connected via Bluetooth ok. But that was where the positivity ended. I opened a blank Word doc, but before I could start typing, the letter 'o' started appearing on screen randomly. I wondered if the keyboard was super sensitive and I'd inadvertently leaned on the key, but no - I took both hands away and it still happened. I wondered if it was somehow picking up sound and using a transcribe function, so I turned off all media and sat in silence. More 'ooooo'. The 'o' key does not appear to be physically stuck, so I can only assume that either the keyboard is haunted by the ghost of a frustrated writer, or there's a faulty connection inside it. I tried turning it off and on, no effect. If it happened only occasionally, I might overlook it, but it was so persistent that at one point it was typing 'oooo' faster than I could delete it. I'm disappointed, but I can't for my purposes justify spending much more and this had seemed to be the best of the available options at this price point. Still, I'm returning it as faulty.

Good quality product fit for purpose keeps iPad looking neat. Doubles up as not only an iPad but with this case it’s like a mini laptop for the kids to do school research, as most schools are switching to internet for educational sites that the kids are accessing it has come in real handy :)

What i do not like is that i cannot sit it on my lap and use the keyboard which I could with my last one. The keyboard has about 1 1/2 inches of blank space that makes it too long to sit on my legs. Other than that, it is great but very disappointing as I do a lot of typing on my lap and no way to make it work.

I love being able to touch-type on a proper keyboard rather than on the iPad screen where my fingers often end up on the wrong keys. This iPad case with built-in bluetooth keyboard is working perfectly, responds quickly and has a very substantial, quality feel to it. The case itself is sturdy and holds the iPad in place perfectly on the top corners and the centre bottom. The materials have a strong, long-lasting feel to them, not flexible and plasticky like other cases I’ve bought in the past for my iPad Pro 2016. The design for holding the position of the iPad is excellent, the first one I’ve seen like it. The outer covers have a silky fabric-like texture, and the weight and shape of it feels strong and comfortable to hold. It works equally well on a table and on my lap. The magnetic lock works perfectly and the thickness and shape of the corners that hold the iPad are designed so that the iPad screen is not touching the keyboard directly. I think I’ve finally found my “forever” iPad case!

Well made turns your Ipad into a nice compact laptop

I have a problem with upper case. Every time I want a complete sentence in caps it changes language to Thai. Have tried all sorts to get it eliminated but can’t. The keyboard feel is solid as are the keys. It is excellent other than the Thai language “Thing”. If anyone can help please.
