I was gifted this claw-crushing contraption under the pretense of “dinner prep,” though I remain unconvinced that crustaceans warrant such personal involvement.Nevertheless, the tool performed admirably. Strong. Sturdy. It split those armored little limbs with precision befitting a Broadway revival of Sweeney Todd. No slippage. No dramatic sprays. Just clean, decisive cracking.If one must engage with marine carnage, I suppose this is the most dignified way to do it.

I really like this item. I thought I had not gotten the item but it was in my mailbox today.

Works very well. The lock latch slips into place by accident sometimes, a very minor irritation. It costs too much... but i will probably buy more as gifts.
