Krampade Original 2K

A warning, first and foremost - I'm not advocating this product in lieu of proper medical advice - I just thought it may be helpful to someone. I'm older now and began noticing irregularities in my pulse. Rather than visit an MD, I began searching for home remedies (not a great idea). A few months ago, I came upon Krampade and decided to try it. I am pleased and relieved to report that the palpitations have decreased by 90%. Maybe 95%. This is only my individualized experience, but for me, the improvement in symptoms was immediate. Trying out this formulation was on a 'let's see what happens' whim. I use the powder on average about 4 x weekly. Again, I'm only posting this in the hope that someone else may benefit. Oh, and the taste is a bit salty, but not unpleasant. I add the powder to about 18 oz. of water, let it sit for a moment, stir and it dissolves very quickly. I very much recommend this supplement. Thanks to the manufacturer for making it available... P.S. Some reviewers find this mixture to be unpalatable due to the perceived salt content. If added to an adequate amount of water, the saltiness is diminished greatly. Also, I sometimes sip the liquid over a period of time until gone, rather than drinking it all at once to allow for gradual absorption, although this isn't necessary...

We drink this daily after working out to prevent cramps and on days that we forget to drink it or we haven’t worked out and we wake up in the middle of the night with those terrible cramps that make you wanna cry we immediately grab a premade bottle out of the fridge because I always have them made and drink one and they have helped my husband and I both as we get cramped up easily from exertion . I highly recommend that you try it.

Very - very disappointing! It actually taste a little like soapy water with possibly an Orange hint - not even taste. Also you have to use their Giant scoop for only 16.9oz of water. It is very hard to find GOOD water suppliments that cost low enough and have the good ingedients and taste good too. If I had to give a 1 - 10 rating, it's a 1.

While I do think I will finish the package I purchased, I definitely will not purchase this again. The scoop is very large. I mix with 30oz of water and it still takes quite a while to dissolve. Also it tastes mostly like coconut water, not great but not terrible. It does help with cramping post workout though.

I really really like this. Its got more potassium than gatorade and price per serving is very reasonable. The taste is well, ok. Actually I like the taste too, but its not my wifes favorite. I drink it to help with cramps at night and have some premade in the fridge (using old water bottles) so quick access when the night time cramps happen. It works. I got this after trying the sample pack, but I'll tell you, if you get cramps, just buy this stuff. Don't expect it to taste like fancy fru dru drink though, its not, its a supplement. Six/ Five stars. Probably the best product I've bought off Amazon.

Seems to work okay. My one complaint would be that it's extremally salty. The salt overpowers the flavor. I would not use a bottle of this alone. I mix this in one of my bottles and keep plain water in the other to wash it down.

Great product! Delivery time is always too long though, compared to other products. But this most definitly getts you a full RDA 4,000 mg. Per day!

I received this item several weeks ago, and waited to write a review until I’ve used the product for awhile. I seldom write reviews, ever, but I solemnly believe this product deserves it! I heard about Krampade through a popular nutrition company I follow and heed advice from. I’m a frequent user of other electrolyte mixes, but figured I would try Krampade due to the high potassium. I usually get pretty miserable cramps the first day of my menstrual cycle. With Krampade, I have had very minimal to no cramping. For this reason alone, I will continue taking Krampade for the foreseeable future. My workouts have been fairly consistent and feel fine. My sleep has been unaffected, if not better. Overall this is a SOLID electrolyte mix and offers additional benefits from its competitors. I would highly recommend. For any other commenters complaining about the sodium and sugar content, please keep in mind this is a sports ELECTROLYTE drink and the sodium is actually fairly low compared to other brands.
