The Zinc for Acne tablets provides a combination of nutrients including zinc and Vitamins C, B-6, A, and E, specially blended for your skin.  Zinc for Acne 100 count (Product No. 2580) contains the following ingredients:  Vitamin A (as Retinyl Acetate) 300 mcg, Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 150 mg, Vitamin E 22.5 mg (as dl-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate), Vitamin B-6 20 mg (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate) 50 mg, Rose Hips (Rosa canina) (fruit) 10 mg.  The serving size is 2 Tablets, and the directions for adults is to take two (2) tablets daily, preferably with a meal. Do not take more than two tablets per day. The Zinc 50 mg 250 count (Product No. 2063) contains the following ingredients: Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate) 50 mg. The serving size is 1 caplet and the directions for adults is to take one (1) caplet daily, preferably with a meal.
