I’m about to be 45yrs old and my cycle has been out of control for the last 4-5 years, extremely heavy and uncomfortable and my typical 28 day cycle is no longer the norm. I decided to get bloodwork done to check my hormones, as expected they are inconsistent as this is what perimenopause does to our hormones. So, down the rabbit hole I went, I started taking this Vitex, also got wild yam cream (to use on day 7 and on) and I also started intermittent fasting. I’ve immersed myself in books and podcasts (Fast like a Girl, Obesity Code etc) podcasts Dr Tabatha OBgyn and I can absolutely say that these changes have been incredibly positive. I just had my period after 27 days, it was 3 days of regular flow just like I’ve had pre-peri. I’ve lost 10lbs and I feel incredible. I’m now fasting 18-22 hours on average and 44-48 hours 1-2x a week, I give myself grace on weekends but don’t go crazy. I hope this helps other women who don’t know what is going on and conventional medicine may not be enough. Regarding this Vitex though, I believe this is very high quality ingredients and I am glad I made this decision.

Writing this for my wife... She ordered this product after months of research and decided on this because she wasn't interested in taking actual HRT (can increase other health issues). Within just a few days she felt a difference in overall wellness...less achy and more rested. And pretty soon she noticed fewer hot flashes at night. So far so good!
