Hults Bruk Sarek
Very well made. Edge is very sharp and holds up well. The fitment of the handle to head is tight. This is lighter than I was expecting but splits well. Would not buy one lighter than this as I feel if it were a half-pound heavier it may well swing better, but its a really minor issue. Handle is straight with no imperfections. Get a protector for the neck and this will last forever.

Great product
Great product, worked better than I had hoped it would. Obviously there are some pieces too large to split like this but for the most part this will make quick work of most suitable pieces.

This tool does the job "Sarek" splitter.
This is a splitting tool, to bust up rounds for fire wood. it performs as stated. This can be used as is, but I'm going to give coats of raw linseed oil to the handle. The boiled linseed oil has lead in it. i think that has reactions to your person. Also the oil rags could be flammable if not stored correctly. So that being said, if u want a museum piece for display, your pretty close. A little tlc & you have an axe that will probably outlive you.
