There are 100's of brands making B-vitamins and 1000's of different B-vitamin products and quality ranges so much that it can be very difficult to figure out which one to use. I am here to tell you that you no longer have to search and attempt to figure that out anymore! This B-complex is hands down the best one I have found! It has so much to love because it is basically a B-100 but so much better formulated, without overdoing it with certain B-vitamins. Perfectly balanced complex with the highest quality ingredients like plenty of methylated B forms (methylated is so much better absorbed and used by the body and is also much more expensive). They also added in a blend of whole foods that work synergistically with all the vitamins. Long story short, this is by far the best bang for your buck when it comes to B-vitamins, it has every form you need, and it makes you feel amazing!

Great product, works!!

I've tried lots of Vitamin B complex over the years across multiple good brands. My old fave was Garden of Life RAW B complex. This coenzymated B from Emerald beats it , and is more affordable. I get better sustained energy over multiple hours of the day with no jitters and little to no flush. I don't feel ramped up, just awake and coherent. I started with 1 in the morning , with food,and then have experimented with if I have a busier day planned I take 2 in the morning with food. I would not , personally , take these after 12 noon, as I want to sleep at night. Try them, I love this clean vegan formula in veggie caps!

Seem to be fresh and about what I expected.

These are the best B complex I've ever taken. My doctor recommended them ages ago. I bought them again after time away, and even after a day or two I feel better. This is one of the most complete B complexes on the market. It improves alertness during the day and sleep at night. The size is easy to swallow.

Work for me. Feel the result in a couple days. Less fatige, more energy for the day .

It's a healthy form of B-Complex that is absorbed well into the body and doesn't make you feel nauseous!
